"Overhead Door immediately set me up for an appointment within 48 hours of my call to replace my opener which included the total price of product, taxes and installation. Shannon, the technician, not only arrived early for the appointment (he called ahead), but was proficient and courteous. It was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing! He also reprogrammed both of our cars for the new garage door opener and serviced the garage door itself. He was in and out under 90 minutes. "Beware of Feldco. Misleading Sales Tactics. We had windows, siding, gutters, facet, soffiting, and a back door and storm door installed. Salesman stated two payments. 50% down to start the job and remaining due at completion and satisfaction of the jobs. They wanted payment after each job. Workers left two windows unframed with pine shims and spray foam insulation sticking out. Back door lock was installed crooked, bottom weather stripping was ripped up, and worker destroyed my original oak trim around the door and installed white trim in place of it. Siding crew didnt speak english and I came home to them installing insulation board over my existing siding instead of taking old siding off. They were caught not replacing old rotted facet boards and tried installing over rotted out wood. Vinyl trim around the windows was not even. They had to come out three times to caulk the same window. Workers put up new gutters with large black scrape on the front. Sales presentation is recorded, but will not provide a copy of audio to customer."
