"Jeff walked into my yard and immediately said, "Your compressor is not running." He then popped of a side panel and said we had a bad capacitor. The capacitor had what looked like rust all over it so no writing was legible. Jeff contacted the manufacturer to determine the capacitor size, had one in stock and replaced it -- all in under 15 minutes from the time he rang my doorbell. He seemed very knowledgeable and professional! Highly recommend his service. When he was done with the repair, he used an electronic temperature gauge to ensure the air blowing was cool. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Owner Jake Angel was quick to answer our call for a thorough inspection and punctual for our appointment even calling us on the way, which we greatly appreciated.  Jake went out of his way to inform my husband  of everything he found and any concerns he had.  After filling my husband in on his findings and his recommendation  Jake made repairs, luckily he had parts needed with him so there was no need to reschedule.  All work was completed at a very reasonable  price and even an Angie's List discount.
