"I had an outstanding experience with The Hot Water People! They came out to fix my stand-up shower, and I couldn't have ask for better service. They were prompt, professional, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The shower is working perfectly now, and they even took time to explain what went wrong and how they fixed it. "These guys are amazing! They don't quit until the problem is solved. My issue was many layered and took several trips to resolve, from broken pipes below the house to backup in the sewer line to a toilet issue. Perfect storm, but they methodically went through everything to make sure the issue was solved. Every step of the way they explained what was happening and their plan. It is hard to find a plumber that you can trust, and I have been burned before. Please call them for any issue great or small. They will take care of you at very reasonable prices. You can trust them. I love these guys!"
