"Fast Service, Quality Affordable work During a period of 2-3 days of extremely heavy rain we had about an inch of water leak into our finished basement. We did a google search and found Advanced Resoration Services, They came the next day, removed the standing water, the wet carpeting, and brought in drying fans to dryout the basement. After everything was dry, they located the source of the leak and remedied the problem, replaced the water damaged trim, and made arrangements for the carpeting to be replaced. They also helped with insurance paperwork to ensure we got the full amount we were entitled to. VERY Pleased with the results"

"Very professional service and fair price. The technician Alex is a very nice and professional person, he explained everything to me and also complied with the safety and sanitize measures to work at my place."

"Jon from MoldGone easily saved me more than a thousand dollars by providing an expert opinion on proposed mold remediation by another company. His response was very timely, and he actually turned down the opportunity to undertake work, saying that the situation did not warrant remediation by his company. It was very refreshing to have someone advise that their services were actually NOT required in this instance. Should I every have any future questions regarding mold remediation, Jon will definitely be my first call."

"Great company, great service. Work was done quickly and efficiently. We were able to add a couple items after the technician arrived. Price was reasonable and payment was smooth. Good use of technology to keep my apprised of technician, and to get an invoice."

"The response time and quality of work was excellent. I would highly recommend Water Damage America!"

"I dealt directly with Mr. Kurt Randall. What a class act. He and his call center/staff are just amazing people and understand the definition of GOOD customer service and complimented that with solid work. He expedited the whole process which helped reduce the stress from an already very stressful environment. Very professional, informative, and prices were fair but I didn't feel ripped of given the urgency and the excellent service and work delivered."

"We had our water heater leak and flooded our basement. We called Flood and Fire Response to come and help us. Our insurance deductible is very high and we were hoping we can get it done without spending a lot of money  or use our insurance. Even though it was a Sunday, the techs arrived promptly, explained our options, gave us price, and once we agreed to the service, they took care of it very quickly. We are very happy with the service provided."

"KJS was very attentive and prompt with their service. The time spent attending to our needs made us feel like we were their only customers, even though I knew they were helping other people. As this was the first time this had happend in a home of ours we had no idea where to begin. In this regard, KJS, was great. They came in and did what they needed to do. Most of the cost, however, is not the labor of removing the wet materials, but rather the rental of the equipment to dry the wet areas. This was a surprise to us, but I don't blame KJS for this. This was just how their service works out. It would have been the same if I called ServPro. Steve, the owner, was also prompt with writing us an invoice for our insurance to help keep things moving on our claim. We were thoroughly satisfied with KJS and would recommend them to anyone."

"We recently had Dan come out to give us a free quote for two windows that were leaking and showing some minor water damage. From the moment he arrived, Dan was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. He took his time inspecting both windows and clearly explained where the moisture was building up and what signs to keep an eye on moving forward. What really stood out was his honesty—rather than pushing unnecessary repairs, Dan let us know that the issue could be mitigated on our own by using dehumidifiers and keeping the window areas clean. He walked us through exactly where the buildup was happening and gave us practical tips to manage it ourselves. It's rare to come across an honest company that is not money hungry. We wouldn’t hesitate to call Dan and Exceptional Restoration Services again in the future!"
