"Omar's did a great job replacing the ceiling on our three-season porch when it began to buckle. They offered an option to patch the damaged part or to replace the whole thing; we went with the latter. It took two days; the ceiling was done the first day, and then they took the second to paint. "Dan and his partner hung wallpaper on three walls in my newly remodeled bathroom. I supplied the wallpaper. One wall was free of obstacles, e.g., no bathroom mirror or towel bar. A second wall contained a towel bar, medicine cabinet, and light fixture, while a third wall included the doorway into the bathroom and a short bump out for the door (see picture). After being away for most of the summer to take care of a family member, I had two weeks to hire someone to wallpaper my bathroom before guests would be staying at my house for a long weekend in Washington DC. Dan and his partner were extremely accommodating, finding room for me in their schedule and coming out on a Sunday. I had purchased the wallpaper already based on measurements I took of the surface area that needed to be papered and the advice of the clerk at the store where I bought the paper. Still, while on the phone, Dan patiently walked me through measurement of the surface area as a check on whether I had enough paper and to formulate a cost estimate. He said I had just enough (phew). The day before he was scheduled to come to my house, Dan called to confirm his arrival. He and his partner arrived promptly and immediately set up and began working. They were very conscientious and covered everything that could have potentially gotten dirty or come in contact with the paper's glue/paste -- they actually left my place and bathroom looking cleaner than when they arrived. They were quick and efficient, finishing the job in no time flat, about 2 1/2 hours! And, the papering looks great! Don't know how they did it, but they seamlessly worked around the medicine cabinet, light fixture and towel bar (see picture). They even covered the light switch and electrical outlet with wallpaper. The wall that had the entry door with the bump out and teeny weenie wall space around the door trim also looks great (see picture). I had contemplated wallpapering the bathroom myself, but couldn't figure out how I would ever do the wall with the door. This is why you hire experts! Dan also referred me to a painter with whom he works. And, the painter has already come out and estimated the job. Dan and his partner were respectful of my home, easy to work with, accommodating, efficient, and exacting. I love my new bathroom!"

"I live in a townhouse. My neighbor had hired Michel to paint the roof trim of his house. While Michel was working on my neighbor's roof, he noticed the rotting boards on my roof. He took photos of the boards and suggested that my neighbor pass along his concerns. I agreed with Michel's assessment and asked him to replace and paint the boards. He and his assistant performed the work a day or two later. I am very pleased with the results. I did not get any other estimates for the work, so I don't know how Michel's price compares to others, but his price seemed fair to me. <br />"
