We value consistency in the high quality of this company's work. This is not the first, but the third time, that we have had excellent work performed by Wow Painting. Previous high-quality work done here was a major reason that we again chose Wow. Wow painters worked hard, neatly, and were responsive to my wife and I as we inspected work as it progressed. We want to express our appreciation to the entire crew of painters for their good work. And, we want to cite two wonderful individuals who spent the most time here and who most impressed us with their effort, attentiveness, and quality of work: Manuel and Neptali. We especially want to bring their performance to the company's attention. Certainly, all of the Wow paint crew deserves praise. Likewise, we want to thank too Craig, Laura, and Louis who managed, coordinated, and oversaw day-to-day work. Throughout the entire week, they were prompt to respond to our questions, and satisfied all concerns we had. "Omar's responded to our initial inquiry within a day or two by text, and scheduled an appointment to visit very promptly. Omar spent an hour with us reviewing the work at our house. He promised to send an estimate shortly after. We followed up with text reminders and a phone call, but after two weeks had received absolutely no reply whatsoever. This is very poor communication. At the least a short note explaining why he could not, or did not want to, do the work would have been courteous. A text would have taken all of 5-10 seconds. We are disappointed because this business is in our community and we would have liked to support it."
