"Job was performed well lower than A because of a couple of issues. Installers left behind and didn't haul all the garbage, not a big deal. Installers had dirty hands when installing Thermostat which included grease and silicon which got transferred to the thermostat and surround white encasement. It could have been done more professionally. I chalked it up to a couple of younger guys that were not paying attention to details."
