"We had all of our windows, an oversized patio door and an exterior mud door replaced. The project was very expensive but the result is amazing. We replaced the 1989 aluminum windows with grids and put in a Milgard windows with a black exterior. Josh Kaiser installed the product and we were very happy with his attention to detail and professionalism. I watched him install the windows and he answered all of my questions with patience. He unfortunately had to work by himself after his worker, Kris didn't show up for a few days. Josh didn't complain and just kept working hard. I am very happy with Henderson and Daughter and Josh Kaiser. I highly recommend them."

"Called for a quote when one of the garage door springs broke.  Due to the advanced age, he recommended replacing both springs and gave me a great quote.  He arrived right on time, was very professional, yet friendly.  He made several adjustments to mechanism to correct problems his inspection revealed, without inflating his price from the quote.   Did not try to sell me any additional parts or services.  Completed the job in about 90 minutes.  The door works great, balance is much better than before and opener doesn't strain like it did before the spring broke.  Would definitely call him again or recommend him to a friend.

"I was amazed and very satisfied with FX Repair's attention to detail and concern of the situation. They were the second contracting company I spoke to. The first contractor with the other company wanted to tear down the structure and start from scratch; a job which he quoted me an estimate of $15,000 plus permits and drawings. FX Repair agreed with me - tricky but not impossible to work with the current structure and for much less then the first quote. The job took four days to complete. Day 1 started with them carefully removing existing decking to expose the ground under the two posts not secured to the ground by cement blocks. They dug out enough dirt to pour in enough cement to satisfy the building depth requirements. After obtaining the okay from the inspector they poured the cement and secured the posts. By day 3 the cross beams were put in and electrical work was completed. Day 4 the inspector passed both the electrical work and building work, and the job was finished."

"Charles did a great job again - we used him to renovate two bathrooms 4 1/2 years ago. We called him late in the summer, and he came to the house to discuss what we wanted to do and provided a quote. Given our schedule as well as his, we agreed on an early December timeframe to have the work done, which he estimated would take a week to complete. He left it to us to pick out the appliances on our own and did not include them in the quote and just asked that we send him the specs once we did so he could make sure there would be no issues. He took us to the tile/countertop shop to pick out the quartz and backsplash tile, and to plumbing stores to pick out the sink and faucet. He came with the countertop fabricator a few weeks ahead of the scheduled start date to have the countertop templated so it would be ready prior to starting the job. We delayed the start date by about a week to accommodate both our schedules. The demolition was done in one day as promised, and Charles had one person assisting with the demo, the prepping for the tiling and doing the tiling. Chris was very good, and everything was left clean each day - they used drop cloths from the front door to the kitchen to make sure no dirt was spread though the house. Charles installed most of the appliances when they were delivered, and did great work removing and reinstalling shutters on the windows and making adjustments for a slight change in counter height, as compared to the old countertop. Charles has great attention to detail and makes sure everything looks great. The work took a day or two longer than planned due to an unexpected snowstorm in the middle of the project, so there was a day or two when no one could get out to the house, understandably. Charles is easy to work with and obviously takes pride in making sure the finished product is what you wanted and expect. We would definitely hire Charles again."
