"Mike and his crew spent approximately 5 months working on multiple areas in and around our home. We added a third stall garage and mudroom/laundry room to the first floor, we added a basement bathroom, remodeled a 4 season porch to use year around as an additional main floor living space, bumped out a small second floor bedroom to add an additional bathroom and larger bedroom to make a master bedroom and en suite bathroom and finally a new 6 foot cedar fence to keep the dogs in our yard. Mike was quick and responsive to our initial meetings, questions, ideas and budget. He was able to creatively rethink the layouts of several of our rooms to keep our budget in check and still give us everything we were wanting. As the owner and general contractor, Mike kept all of his crew moving, supplies delivered and his several sub contractors on time. Mike and his crew are full service...they can frame up, handle tree work, install doors & windows, install siding, install cedar fencing, lay tile, sheetrock, paint, complete finishing work, etc. Mike was able to get our foundation work completed in October so his crew could work all winter long rather than waiting 9 months to start due to our freezing winter temps. We had a standing weekly appointment, at our home, to go over the progress, answer our questions and talk about next steps. Keeping the lines of communication open was huge considering we had no idea how much knowledge and work was necessary for the size of job they were working on. Mike's crew dealt with our 2 dogs during the day and 5 people attempting to live in the construction areas while they worked! We were very pleased with Mike and his crew. We will immediately turn to Higgins Construction when we have any additional renovation/construction needs."

"The windshield on my Prius was replaced last June by another provider under my comprehensive insurance glass coverage, and this winter the car developed a sneaky water leak that caused mysterious intermittent electrical problems that cost over $1,000 in dealer diagnostic/repair costs until they accidentally saw water dripping on connectors under the dash. The other provider settled a warranty claim, actually totaling the car because of potential repair costs (likening it to a flood car), and we agreed to a settlement under which I retained the car for the settlement amount less salvage value.
I decided to keep and try to repair the car, so I asked them to fix the windshield leak, but they refused?washing their hands of the car after the settlement. So after consulting Angie I contacted Gregg Wickland of Glass Installers Plus to get a quote on resealing the windshield. He explained that the problem probably wasn't the windshield seal itself, but an issue with the plastic cowl underneath the windshield that diverts water from the fresh air intakes (this would have been removed and replaced during the windshield replacement). He suggested several diagnostic procedures I could perform to isolate the problem, and acknowledged that if the problem was the cowl I could probably fix it myself.
So Gregg not only talked me out of spending money on possibly unnecessary services, he spent about half an hour of valuable time pointing me in the right direction. That's service!
I will file a followup once I resolve the leaking issue.

"Excellent. Nate went the extra mile to make sure it was done right including putting in flashing that was missing, supports under the door & insulation. Cleaned up & removed all debris. Door is working awesome. Will have him back to replace our front door soon."

"Anthony and his crew saved the day last Fall helping us get our new bedroom windows installed. The windows were late coming from the manufacturer and he went above and beyond to make sure they were installed before Winter. Anthony was really easy to work with and he communicated and explained updates throughout the project. Highly recommend - we will be utilizing his services again."

"We are very happy with the work that was done by Cabinets for Everyone. We arrived at a new design concept, it was accurately priced by Vlad. The schedule called for the complete project to be done in two weeks and it was. Including installation of our new appliances and re-wiring of cabinet lights. We have recommended this company to many friends who have also had a top notch experience with the Cabinets for Everyone crew. Wilt Berger"

"Eric and his team made quick work of a task that seemed insurmountable for us. He was one of the contractors that would actually give us the time of day in this crazy market right now. His prices were very reasonable and his team was super professional, would recommend over and over!"

"Installation was delayed because of cold weather. Installed last week. It took less than an hour...Great job."

"Jason did a great job for us. He installed a bifold door in our basement and also removed and replaced a door with a cat door to the laundry room. He also installed a keypad door for our garage. He did a fast and thorough job! The next part of the job was removing ancient carpeting from the 3-season front porch and then sanding, staining, and sealing the porch floor. There were a couple of setbacks in the sanding and Jason made sure he got the quality of the finish up to his high standards. We are so pleased with the results which have taken our front porch to a whole new level! Would definitely recommend his work to others."
