Ronnie also went above and beyond in explaining the different types of glass I could use and tested the adjoining windows to make sure they were low E-glass, which is what he recommended for the picture window. My only criticism is the communication with the office. It took longer than expected to get a return call."

This job required some bronze on the outside and faux wood tone on the inside windows and apparently such windows are much more expensive than all white vinyl windows.
