"I was contacted by Derick within two days of signing up for the service.
A meeting was arranged for Derick to come an look at the location plus take measurements.
He showed up and was very professional and knowledgeable about the whole process.
I was given a very fair estimate to which I agreed to and he then put in the order for the door.
Once it came in he returned and installed both the door and new opener.
Once done, he tested it and showed me how to lubricate and care for it.
All in all a very pleasant experience from start to finish.
I would definitely recommend and use Capital District Overhead Door in the future.

"John and his team did an excellent job painting the house and detached garage.  The paint was applied thickly and evenly - I expected that I would have to ask him back to touch up some areas but I couldn't find any flaws.  And unlike other painters that I have hired in the past, they kept sharp borders and didn't get stray paint on any lights, switches, doors, etc.  They cleaned up after themselves well enough that you wouldn't have known they were there.  We're very pleased, and it was well worth the price.

"I'd had a evaluation and estimate from Exterior Solutions and after then not having received a call back or return email (the inspector had also pulled a loose single from my roof leaving it exposed) I went back to Angie's List. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. "I was amazed. We had 10 new windows replaced, and after working a 10 hour day, I was dreading going home & cleaning for the next 10 hours. But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum. There also was no mess outside, my garden was not even touched. The only thing I had to do was wash the windows and hang the curtains.
