"Our doors were ten years old and really looking worn. Marvin came and recommended a color. We ended up having them restore not only our front doors, but garage doors, shutters and corbels! Taking the front doors off and restoring them in a shop is the only way to do this! They color choice was beautiful. The project was completed on time as promised. All of the doors look better than when they were new! People stop and look at our doors and continuously rave about how beautiful they look. Great job, responsive service. What a relief to find a company with this expertise and service. Keep it up!"

"We used Titan Siding and Windows to replace 9 windows, sliding glass doors, and all of the siding on the back of our house. If I'd known what an impact new windows would make, I would have done this much sooner. I feel like I moved into a newer, nicer home- it's significantly quieter, warmer, and cleaner. What a difference! I got several bids from the top 3 companies on Yelp in Austin and Titan was hands down the most responsive and gave us the best rate. Joel came out immediately gave us great advice on which windows and siding styles were the best option for us and helped us choose colors. Steve the window contact and Steve the siding contact always, always, always showed up when they said they would and I felt completely comfortable having them in the house with their crews. The guys worked so hard and knocked out both our windows and siding in record time. They were also really considerate about small details like making sure the gate was closed when they left each day so that our dog couldn't get out and cleaning up debris and dirt as the job progressed. Also, Mike the owner- what a great guy! He meticulously inspected the install of all windows, sliding doors, and siding. It's pretty cool to meet someone who takes such pride in his company. I would absolutely work with Titan again. As soon as we're ready to tackle the siding in the front of the house, we will be giving them a call."

"We live in South Austin. High winds broke a large tree and it fell on our 8-foot fence. The fence was pulled free from the corner post causing the fence to fall over and dislodge two of the metal posts. I had two other fence companies give bids for the repair. Neither proposal offered the services I requested. Both companies proposed more extensive work with bids from $1350 to $1500. Neither was willing to only replace the damaged posts like I asked, and they couldn’t get to a job “that small" for over three weeks. I called Mark Libby of The Fix It Man Repairs. Mark offered to come the following Wednesday to do a free estimate. I sent pictures of the damage and asked if he could give a “ball park” estimate from the pictures. I asked him to come on that day and fix the fence rather than to just make an estimate. He said he would arrive by 9 AM. He got to our house at 8:45, surveyed the damage, determined what materials would be required, and left to get materials. It turned out that ten-foot steel posts were not readily available at the home improvement stores. He called twice to assure me that he was still looking for posts and had not abandoned me. He returned about 12:30. I thought there was no way one person could finish the project by the end of the day, but I was wrong. He did an excellent job, removed all the scrap pieces, and was finished by 4:45 PM. Mark did the exact task that I had wanted and saved me a substantial amount of money. Mark does work outside of Cedar Park. I will not hesitate to call on him again for my maintenance, repair, and renovation projects. I heartily recommend him to anyone in need of a handyman. Mark knows how to fix it."

"Jon did a truly outstanding job with repairing some rotten wood on the exterior of our home. He was very thorough and meticulous in his work (which ended up being a little more complicated than we initially thought it would be). In addition, he made sure to clean up the work site thoroughly at the end of each day (very much appreciated so my dog didn’t have construction items to get in to). Overall, we are incredibly pleased with the work Jon did, and would absolutely utilize his services again in the future!"

"I bought the $558 "Handyman for a day" coupon (the total cost above includes $72 that was needed to buy parts at Home Depot).
Travis showed up promptly at the agreed upon time and was friendly and professional. I outlined the list of work items, which included everything listed above as well as running speaker cables in the walls for 4 surround sound speakers and fixing a leaky sliding door. Travis had me explain all of the jobs, as well as telling him what the priority was in which I'd like them done.
The speaker wire job was going to be a tricky one, I suspected, since it involved running cables from the first floor up to the attic, across the attic, and then back down to the first floor. Travis stated that it may not be possible for him to do, but that he would take a look and see, since this was one of the higher priority items on the list. Unfortunately, he discovered that drilling would be required between the attic and the second floor in order to drop the cables back down through the wall. He was up front and honest that he didn't have experience doing that kind of work, and after calling his boss and explaining the job to him, they recommended that I get an electrician or a home theater expert to do that job.
Even with that off the list, Travis wasn't sure if he'd be able to do all of the items on the list. In particular, the leaky sliding door could be time consuming, since to do it properly would require him to do a "water test" of the few different trouble spots that he found during his examination of the door. Ideally he would want to test them each to determine where the actual problem was, and then do the repairs.
Ultimately, after 8 hours, he was able to do all of the jobs except for the leaky door and the surround cables. For the jobs that were performed, I am extremely satisfied with his work. He was friendly and professional for the entire day, and he did a good job communicating with me as needed about the requirements of each job. He cleaned up after himself in his work areas.
I shopped around before deciding on TD Services for this work. There were other places which offered cheaper rates, but the consistently high reviews are what made me go with TD Services. I figure it's senseless paying less for a job if that means you won't get the same guarantee of quality. Because of this, I've already scheduled for Travis to come back next week and take a few hours to work on the leaky door.

"The entire process was wonderful, from my first meeting with Todd to the final walkthrough. Todd’s expertise in helping to select just the right products and the above and beyond workmanship by James, the installer, provided me with a bathroom that is beautiful and functional. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!"

"I phoned to schedule an estimate for a refresh of our master bath. The person on the phone asked for specifics of what we wanted done. When I told her we were interested in installing a new tub, replacing the countertops, and updating the mirrors, she very politely said that they have a $10,000 minimum and that this work did not sound like it would meet that threshhold. It was helpful to know that this was their policy so we did not waste time for either party.
While they will not perform this work for us, I would be willing to contact them again for future work should the need arise.

"Purchase 3 hr service for $99
Rick was on time and friendly.  He fixed our front door and checked the locking mechanism and explain why and what to do if it gets stuck again.  Than proceed to check out back door and since he did not have the hardware for it, ran to Lowes and got it and installed it with no problems.  Since he had time remaining he asked about any other door issues.
He checked out the door going to the garage and our french doors.  I appreciated that he took the time and asked about  any other issues when he had finish the work on the front and back door (main reason for encounter).  He explained what he did so I could relay it to my husband.
I will differently use Nature's Haven Builders / Rick again
