"Mike gave us a quote and the price was well below the other bids. Before he began, we discussed the details of the job and length of time it would take. After the vanities were installedand all the plumbing completed the job was complete. After my inspection I could not have been more satisfied with the outcome.Even the tiny details were done which rings of craftsmanship.I have and will continue to give them my endorsement and business."

"Great Jeff Patterson came out checked roof, did minor repairs as part of deal. Roof needed some shingles replaced and end caps repaired. Jeff gave price we agreed and were told someone would be out in week or two. next day guy came out and did the work. couldn't ask for better action. told roof would last 4 to 5 years and that was a pleasant surprise as every one around us having new roofs ."

"Nice job...they had to chisel out some of the concrete to fit the door just right at the bottom..you would never know they were there..mixed cement and built up the area..looks good"

"We met at a Home Depot to  pick up the door and supplies.  He cut the plywood that I had purchased previously and when he removed the rotting board, he noticed an infestation underneath.  I was very glad that he took the time to  point it out so that I could treat the area before replacing the board.  The reason I gave a B for professionalism is that he talked on his phone a majority of the time while he was working.  I mentioned my dismay because I didn't think he could work as efficiently, but he thought otherwise. The door installation went well and he finished in the allotted 4 hours.  I was satisfied with the quality of his work.

"We were pleased with the installation of our fire/security system. The workers explained what they were going to do and showed us how to use the alarm. When they were done the installation, they cleaned up. They also gave us a discount because we went through Angie's List."

"Geoff was extremely professional from the beginning to the end. We could not be more pleased with his work. He took great care to protect our floors and cabinets, which were not being changed. He arrived at 8 each day and often stayed until 6pm or even later. Geoff took care to do the job correctly, not quickly. Several times during the job, Geoff discovered flaws in the original construction; for example, the original custom shower had been improperly installed, resulting in a shower pan leak that caused severe rotting in the shower curb and the walls. Needless to say, that won't happen in the future, not with the care that Geoff took to build the shower properly.

This was not a simple bathroom remodel. Geoff installed 20x20 tiles from floor to the 11 foot ceiling at the fireplace wall. Also, the trim tile that we had selected was a pebble tile that was not easy to work with, but Geoff made it look perfect. Even the small touches, like light switches, were thoughtfully done. We could not be more pleased with the result.

PS Geoff, our dogs miss you!"

"quality is always excellent. Delivery has always been on time. this is the third time I have used Arkansas wood door"

"We had a couple of break-ins in my neighborhood, and I was able to get same-day service from Bernard's.  As requested, they called me 20 minutes before arrival and were very professional and hard-working.  They even realigned some of the bolts/hinges on my door at no additional cost.  They also gave me a 15% Angie's list discount, so they beat their local competitors' prices.  I would definitely recommend and hire them again! A++

It was a great deal.  The company was very responsive and professional.  Dan came out to assess the job and we discussed options for the repair work needed.  He got us on the schedule in quick order and within a week Clarence arrived to perform the work.  He did an outstanding job, was very courteous, and prompt.  The floor looks great.

Already looking at work to be done in the kitchen and these guys will be the ones to do it.
