Devon took the time to explain everything to me in detail, and while this was not an inexpensive replacement, he avoided doing work that would have been necessary to redo and which would not have solved my problem in the long run. For the restoration, Andrea and his team had to replace two sinks with new countertops, redo one toilet, redo the shower with new dry wall, cement board, tiles, and the bathroom floor.
