"From start, meeting with the sales technician (Matt) who was willing to meet with us twice, never tried to "sell" us on it, to installation (we are fortunate to live 5 minutes from the office) which took Andrew and crew one day, to finish total clean up and to the tutorial making sure we received a thorough explanation of the new system, this was a breeze of a process and all the seatown staff from the techs to the office support were very professional and helpful. Now we have a new furnace, heat pump and thermostat that will work together to keep our home comfy. Plus we got a filtration system that eliminates dust in the air and other pollutants making the air in air house more healthy to breathe. Our first experience with Seatown was service of our gas fireplace. It had gone out over the summer and I wasn't sure how to get it re-lit. I asked them to come to assess our situation to see if a heat pump would work in our house and even though they don't do gas fire places, they were willing to figure it out and it was lit."

"Of the eight companies who bid, Greenwood did the best assessment of the somewhat quirky situation my old house presented. The estimator came just a few days before the big freeze in January, and they were able to schedule installation within two days. Once the installers were on site, there was some confusion re where various components would go, but a phone call to the company cleared that up within an hour. From then on the heat pump installation went smoothly and professionally, the electricians did a quick and effective job of hooking it up to the service, and the site was left clean. I did not understand at first how to operate the thermostat, given that the Mitsubishi owners manual was of limited help, and per my request a rep from the company came out a few days later to give me a tutorial about what the range of settings can do. From then on the system has operated flawlessly and lives up to its reputation."

"Update 10/7: Day & Nite showed up early in the morning and did some quality work. Thank you, Alex. They explained things well and were respectful of our property. Right after everything was done, John called to make sure everything was as we liked. I don't know why we had been rescheduled thrice for over a month, but I have to conclude it was some random fluke. Update 10/6: The very next morning after writing the review below, I received an apologetic call from John R., their networks manager. Thank you for that. We agreed to reschedule one more time for 10/7. We're willing to give them another chance, because the one time we had them service our water heater and furnace, they did a great job (thanks, Tyler!). I'll update the review after they have come to perform the work. Original review 10/5: We asked Day & Nite Plumbing & Heating to install an exterior hose bib at our house. The installation was scheduled for September 21, 2021. On that day, we received a call at 9:36 AM that our installation had to be rescheduled "because of a commercial emergency." We rescheduled it to October 4. Again, the morning of October 4, we received a call at 8:28 AM that our visit had to be rescheduled "because of a commercial emergency". It got rescheduled to today, October 5, and at 4:50 PM, we received a call that the plumbers weren't coming anymore, because another job had run late. This behavior is absolutely unprofessional. Now over a month has passed since we first scheduled the installation, and I have to find a different company all over again. If you actually need anything done, it seems like you unfortunately cannot rely on Day & Nite Plumbing & Heating."

"They were very good and detailed in their service. They spent a lot of time making sure things were good to go and educating me on the system, which really helped since I had just bought the place.

"In June of this year I contracted with a large company to install a new heat pump at our residence.  While overall I felt they did a fairly decent job there were at least three instances of inconsistent service, attention to detail and disappointment.  The most disappointing aspect of that company's performance was when it came time to "test" my existing insulation and duct work.  I believed there bid to correct my existing ducts and insulation was outrageous.  That said, I was in between a rock and a hard place.  I had just installed a $12K heat pump and I feared any efficiencies I may have gained could be lost due to my existing ducts and insulation.
I contacted 5 companies to provide me with bids, in addition to the upsell price I was previously provided by the company I had install the heat pump.  All five companies are listed on Angie's List.  They all provided fairly consistent bids.  They all helped educate me on what I may need to resolve my existing duct and insulation issues.
Daniel was the final contractor I spoke with.  He showed up early afternoon, looking a bit haggard, as if he had just emerged from a crawlspace - he had.  I was somewhat tentative at first, but I knew I had found the right man for the job the minute he began outlying in detail everything he saw, what he would recommend, how he would address my specific issues and what it would cost.  He was upfront from the get go, wanting to work with my budget and my timetable.  
Daniel and his team showed up three days later and worked 12 hours on a Saturday in 85 degree heat, completely insulating the crawlspace of a 2,000 sf home.  He was back the next day to finish up, working another 7 hours, again in 85 degree heat.  He pointed out certain issues he found along the way, specifically some holes that needed patching with mesh and sealing all gaps in my flooring from the crawlspace.  He sealed all the ducts, adding screws where necessary.  He even sealed the holes drilled by the company who installed the heat pump (one example of their service inconsistency).
Daniel is an extremely hard worker.  I have the utmost respect for his abilities and would recommend him to anyone looking to have any type of crawlspace / insulation work done.  Sure, shop around, talk to the various companies on Angies List, get educated and then do what I did, call Daniel last, negotiate a price and get the job done right.

"One afternoon when leaving our local Costco we noticed a booth advertising Lennox air conditioning for the home. After the last 4 years of record summer heat, we decided to begin the process of investigating this solution. The appointment for the estimate went well with the entire process carefully explained and all of our questions answered. So, we decided to pull the trigger and buy the system. To our delight, company had an opening for the installation a week ahead of the original date and things only got better from there. On the day of the install, Isaac and his crew arrived on time and enforce. At one point there were 6 people and three trucks, all tightly coordinated. Everyone was courteous, professional, and fast. In a little over 6 hours the system was completely installed and thoroughly cleaned up. Overall, we could not be happier with this decision and highly recommend this company for anyone considering whole house A/C. Replacing 13 fans and 2 portable air conditioners is an elegant solution."

"It went really, really well. I've owned various rental properties over the years, and have worked with many heating and air conditioning companies, and I found 1st response to be wholly refreshing to work with. First, someone always answered the phone when I called, and the schedulers were always fantastically nice and helpful. Braxton came and gave me some feedback on the type of unit I should have installed, and it made a lot of sense. He seems to be passionate about what he does, and very knowledgable. Also, I received 3 quotes as I usually do when getting work done, and his had the most bang for the buck- in other words I got a better system with more added features than either of the other quotes. Finally, they had great follow through. Because of my thermostat type, they had to come back to install a special part that would allow a new wire to run from my furnace to the thermostat, and they kept their word and did it! I just found the whole experience easy, and will definitely use them in future heating and air conditioning needs."

"We'd used them four years ago to replace our windows. They were about 40% the cost of Renewal By Andersen for the same Andersen windows, were professional and courteous throughout the process, and we haven't had a single problem since. So when we wanted to put in a heat pump system for efficient heating and cooling they were high on our list. We got four bids, and once again they were the least expensive, in this case by a 30% margin. They explained our options well, came up with some creative solutions (we're an old house with old vent-work which they bypassed for the ductless pumps but used for a top quality air filter), and did the job quickly and efficiently. They've checked back a couple of times since to make sure everything is ok, which it is, and it's been really nice to heat our bedroom on some cold nights and cool my western facing home office on some sunny afternoons). When the permit inspector asked before they came over who our installer is and I told them, they said "They do really good work." Definitely recommend them to others and in fact already have."
