This included removal of two walls, reinforcement of two support beams, run electrical for canned lighting, install two other light fixtures, patch drywall and mend existing floors for a great flow. "Orlando and 2 members of his team turned up right on time.  They understood that the walls were coated in soot because my fireplace was not burning correctly.  While he went and purchased the paint and supplies (brushes, rollers etc), his crew immediately began cleaning the affected area.
