She helped walk me through the entire process and patiently answered all of my questions. Luca and his crew were some of the nicest and hardest working men I’ve ever met. They arrived on time, carefully packed everything, disassembled/reassembled and loaded/unloaded the truck with surgeon like precision. Luca reviewed all of the paperwork and explained everything in the contract including the insurance options. He kept me up to date each step of the way. They started at 10:00 am and ended at 10:00 pm...I had a lot of furniture in my 4 bedroom house. Every request I made was met with a yes sir and a smile.
