Adrian and Marie were prompt with a very competitive estimate which we accepted. They were both very receptive to addressing any questions or concerns we had prior to, during and for the final walkthrough. The crew performing the work very professional, very considerate to our property and provided us continuous updates as to the work being performed. The work performed consisted of tuckpointing two sides of the house along with chimney work and placing a cap on the two chimneys. As stated in a previous review, Vargas was honest, on time, and competitively priced! I'll continue to use Vargas Masonry and Roofing for the future work that I need on the interior brickwork and interior limestone foundation of our historic home."

"Steve and his crew did a great job tuckpointing and doing some repair on the chimney. They got rained out but be for they left they made sure that the chimney was covered so the rain couldn't get to the new mortar. It rained for several days and returned to complete the job the morning after the rain ended. The job is great and I would recommend them."

"They showed up on time, did the work efficiently and left the area very clean. New system is a huge improvement over the old system. Two days after they installed, it started raining, and continued for 12 hours straight. I would normally have anywhere from wet spots on the floor to streams running to the floor drain. There was not a single drop of water anywhere, nor was there any damp smell. Glad I finally got this done. I can now replace the flooring in the basement with confidence. Highly recommend! "Bone Dry started the job early on Monday morning and was done by mid-day on Tuesday. All the old shingles were removed on both structures. Then the crew installed new shingles, roof vents, counter flashing for both chimneys on the house, and new shingles on the garage. After the job was finished they did a very thorough cleanup of the ground around the house. I am happy we chose Bone Dry again to do this project. The new roofs look great and I am sure the buyer will be pleased."
