"Chris was amazing. He was the first to arrive of all the contacted people. We talked about what I wanted (replace the cartridge) and he quoted me $250. That is not high to replace a cartridge. He determined that the shower knob faucet valve cartridge was probably NOT DEFECTIVE, possibly only cleaned, and I assumed the price would be lower with no new $100 part needed. He fixed it by adjusting the hiddent pressure valves, removed and cleaned the cartridge, but didn't lower the price. I'm mostly okay with it. The problem IS SOLVED, I know next time that I can probably adjust the valves myself, and he did a great job. So between the pretty-reasonable quote if it had needed all the work, the fast response, and quality work, I got my money's worth. I would recommend them and call them again for more work.."

Levi came within the time frame I was quoted, looked at what needed to be done, went to get the exact parts that was needed and did the job. Dave diagnosed the problem, provided a couple of solutions (after discussing each with me) and once we settled on a plan-of-attack, he got right to it. Dave was great! He fixed the problem, the cost was reasonable and they cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter. (P.S.- ask for Dave)."
