"Jon the owner is really the best around no doubt,he tackled a job that others literally said it was too much of a job for them, others gave crazy prices off the top Of there head, south county plumbing had the plumbing supply company(Viking no hole depot crap) come out to accurately price out all the materials. Others wanted to take the shortcut and do ?pex? , Jon did all old school copper and no quick connects , everything was soldered .i can say enough , they would be at my door at 7 am sharp everyday. "Our water heater started leaking around 7:30 at night. I ended up in touch with Service Magic, and not 5 min later, Scott was calling to respond to the request. He had just gotten in from a long day, but helped over the phone tremendously. He even took my call at 9:00 when I called back to ask if they accept credit cards. "Highly recommend Stephen. I had a clogged kitchen sink that wouldn't drain despite using a plunger, Drain-O, a 25' snake, and everything I could think of using. I called numerous plumbers and Stephen was one of the few who was able to give me a quote (other quotes I received were at least twice as much) and showed up first thing the next morning. He was incredibly thorough with his work, running multiple tests, and not leaving my home until he was 100% sure the clog had been fully cleared. On top of all of this he ended up charging me less than quoted and even cleaned up around the sink. If you need a plumber, definitely give Stephen a call. "All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."
