He went over a few issues on our older unit he found during his inspection. I never felt pressured to have the work done and so glad he resolved them on the same day. He definitely went out of his way doing a great job. He explained everything to me that he was doing and also answering all the questions I had. The price was reasonable. And, then the repair person has the stones to tell me that everyone overcharges!! Let’s start with not using Beacon!!!"

I paid the $49 and consider it a lesson learned."
