"We could not be happier with the Puronics Hydronex iGen Whole home treatment system and Micromax 7000 drinking water system provided by Orbit Water Solutions. Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

"My well pump pressure tank needed service and I called Friday and Barbara was very professional and eager to help. She took the time to understand the issue and even reviewed the pictures. Barbara is very passionate about her job. She was able to schedule for Saturday. Dave came out. He called to let me know that he was on his way and let me know when he will arrive. He was very punctual, professional, friendly, and down to business. Totally impressed with the way he solved the problem and made sure that answered all of my questions. This company is very ethical and I would recommend them to anyone."

"Sila was great about scheduling repair visit same day. Repairman showed up early (good), diagnosed problem before he even got to the unit (bad capacitor, buzzing), had part onboard truck, and then fixed it in less than 20 minutes, total visit. Charged me $439. Cost was $149 for diagnostic/visit + $290 for replacing the part. Repair was so quick that it was less labor than would have been required for a more common diagnostic. Since doing research after the visit, I'm of the opinion that the cost was excessive -- perhaps twice what it should have been. Service was good, but I would think twice before using Sila again, say, to replace this 17 yo system down the road."

"There were issues like a portion of pipe under the sink that needed fixed as well as re-doing some of the valving that was leaking water. The guys also didn't have part with them and had to go out and purchase what they needed to do the job correctly. They also had some issue with reverse osmosis system due to the complicated set up. However they figured it out and the job was done in about 4 hours. They were very professional and cleaned up. Even helped put things back under the kitchen sink that had to be removed so that they could install the RO system and do the other plumbing work."

"I really like this guy.  Most companies would not take the time out to really take that extra step and see what’s really gone wrong.  Every time I call this guy with a problem, he rushes out to take care of us.  I can’t say enough about him.  We didn’t have to pay him anything because it was under warranty.  Even though he knew he wasn’t going to get paid for the service, he came right out and that’s what impressed me.  He’s just amazing in general.  We had a problem with drain flies last time and we couldn’t figure out what was wrong.  So we had one plumber come out and he just said that we needed to call him again.  We did that and they came back.  They told us that it was a drain fly that is usually associated with the toilets.  We called a plumber and then another guy came out, and he didn’t see anything wrong.  The guy from Pressley Plumbing noticed that there was a crack in our pipe and he found that out down in the basement where the hole was.  He had already worked on that and the pipe had cracked open on the inside of the house.  Then he came and figured out that there was a root that had actually grown into the pipe on the outside of our house.  He showed everything to us through a video.  It was pretty bad and he set it up, so that we didn’t have to worry about anything.  He really took care of things and made sure that everything was replaced on our walkway.  He replaced all of the dirt and he called the right people to take care of the line.  He took care of everything.  He also called the county to see if they could cover any part of the cost.  He also called the insurance to see if they could cover the cost.  We didn’t have a lot of money and he really worked with us on all avenues.  So that’s why we called him back again when our water heater broke.  He’s just a really good guy.  He has consistently delivered for us.  He comes in and respects the property.  He’s always on time and he makes sure he’s clean.  If he’s not on time he will call.  He’s really good at what he does and he’s very honest.  We will use his services again in the future."

He explains things to help the customer understands and he is very reasonable and will not take advantage of customers like some of these other plumbing companies do. "This is really a great company. Super-responsive, fair prices, and, most importantly, quality work done by knowledgable and hard-working folks. I initially called about a leaky kitchen faucet and the owner contacted me right away and was at my house within the hour. He diagnosed my problem immediately, recommended a solution, gave me a reasonable estimate, and said it would be taken care of that day. I was so impressed that I decided to ask for a quote on replacing an aging sump pump and water heater. I wound up having those replaced as well. They also installed a frost-free spigot in front of the house when I mentioned the issues I was having with the ancient "vacuum breaker" that sprayed water everywhere and that I simply could not remove myself. Now flash-forward to 2 weeks later: I detected a water-stain on my living room ceiling which I deduced was probably coming from an upstairs toilet. I called after hours and left a message describing the problem. The owner called me early the next morning and sent sent somebody out immediately. The issue was determined to be a deteriorated "wax ring". Rather than doing a repair, I decided-- at no urging from them-- to have both of the 30-year old toilets in my house replaced with new units. The job was done quickly and professionally in just a couple of hours. Few things are as stressful to homeowners as plumbing and water-related issues. However, it is a relief to know that there are competent, responsive professionals out there like Kelly that you can turn to when the need arises."

This was a big deal service. He did not charge me too much for it and my toilet has been working great ever since. I don't know what his name was, but I called them for my daughter recently. He was professional, did his thing, fixed my toilet and I have not had an issue since. He was a good guy and a nice person.
