"Both the salesman and the tech were fantastic. From explaining the benefits and the cost, to installing and actually making the plumbing system better, they did a fantastic job. The technician had some health issues he needed to see a doctor about, but he and the salesman returned later the same day and finished up the job perfectly. I can’t recommend them more. Oh, and our water is so much better now!"

"Did a great job. Very pleasant. Came out the day I contacted them. Had new water heater installed and old one out around 2 hours. Little on the higher end cost wise maybe... But you get what you pay for and the technicians don't set the price."

"The technician seemed knowledgeable despite his young age. Well trained maybe or having enough experience where he'd seen this issue before. The cost of the repair seemed expensive given the nature of the repair (low parts cost) and the time spent doing the repair. Maybe too big of a kickback to HomeAdvisor for the referral."
