The rep was very respectful of that and he assured me that they do not work for commissions and only interested in serving customer needs and provide all the options that fit the budget. I must say he kept his word. He did not force any unnecessary options and did not use any typical manipulative sales tactics. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. His presentation was honest and thorough. The installation was scheduled for a week after the rep's visit and the technicians showed up on time and installed the system. They were professional and their work was clean. They explained the process throughout and were very respectful of my concerns. Overall, I have been very happy with the service."
