"Adrian was so very helpful explaining the options and nuances of a water softener system and whole home softener/purification system. He was not the pushy sales guy but explained our options and let us decide on which system we preferred in our new home. We decided to purchase a whole home water softener/purification system. I was out of town during the installation, and my wife was there for the installation of the system which was done during our move in week. She did not remember all the details of the system after installation due to all the chaos related to moving. Approximately six weeks after the system was installed, I called Adrian and asked if he could come back to our home and give me a tutorial of the system operation and its equipment since this was our first time owning this type of system. Adrian scheduled a follow-up visit the very next day and came to our home to explain the system, it's components and how it operates. I highly recommend this company."

"I wasn't sure it was any emergency, but it turned out to be. Ecoplumbers sent Gene out the same day, and he did a great job. Explained everything clearly, coordinated with my water service, stayed while they completed their work, and installed a new shutoff valve in no time. Very happy and relieved!"

"I can always count on Schneller-Knochelmann service to be on time, Professional, and a courteous technician. They do a great job of explaining details of service repairs"

"This is a great company. I have had them do a few replace/repairs for me and all have been done with great care. All the gentlemen that have provided service are wonderful"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience from start to finish! They did an excellent job replacing our water heater. They were professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was installed correctly. The work was completed efficiently, and they left everything clean when they were finished. We’re very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a water heater replacement or plumbing work!"

"I thought it was strange that he thought I was going to replace my old A/C unit after getting it repaired. If I was going to replace it then I would not have had the old unit fixed. Other than that I thought the service was good and the technician on time."

"Everything was repaired very well and works. Looks great!"
