"Prophet came out last week and priced a new Generator that would take care of our home during outages. He was very polite and they actually got the unit installed 4 days later! I found water leak from water meter to my home, After talking to Mr. Johns and texting him pictures, he informed me that the previous Plumber (Cole's Plumbing) had used incorrect material that was not supposed to be used underground, to repair a past leak. He obtained the right material to fix the leak and installed it at a reasonable price (Total pice lower than all the other Plumber's I had checked with)."
