"Austin had came out for a repair on my system which was 22 years old. I had always had a severe iron problem and he mentioned that there was a iron filter out on the market that Hague manufactures and distributes. He explained there is little or no problems associated with it and it works very well. He explained it so well to the point that I decided to replace my entire system and include iron filter. Since I have an upcoming surgery a week from today he said he would pick me high up on the list. He came in the evening and installed the entire system. He gave me time to remove a stand I had the old system on and clean all around it as it was impossible to do so before. It was quite obvious this was not his first rodeo so to speak. Very systematically he installed the entire system which included removing the old system, Replacing it with a new iron filter water softener and brine tank. Later removing all that from my home, bringing in the new system cutting the lines did everything fit perfectly. You took the time to explain the new system to me how it worked, arrange for me to set up the financing one year same as cash, and then later take care of all the warranty cards and so on. All of this was done any three hour period. He also replaced the filters in my reverse osmosis system. The professional service, Knowledge of the equipment, and how to install it was top notch. The pride in his product, company and work ethic was obvious. I would recommend Hague to friends, family and anyone interested in a water softener system, all based on Austinâ  s top-notch performance. I could tell a huge difference in my water quality just hours later as as the foul Odor of the iron bacteria is already gone."

He then called in additional help to verify his findings.
Martin and Adam spent time explaining what they needed to do and walked us through the procedure and costs informing us of all of the issues, problems and complications that might occur based upon what they might find. 
They asked us questions to determine what our needs were and also showed us existing plumbing that was old and might cause problems in the future as well as inform us of plumbing that did not meet code standards and offered solutions to correct the code problems. 
They cleaned up after themselves and even rinsed our basement floor of the debris from the drain and also put our washer & dryer back into place.
We have never had any service representative spend as much time and energy to not only solve our problem but to explain everything in such great detail. It is one thing to have a plumbing problem that needs to be fixed immediately but they went much further to review our plumbing, share their findings and offer several options of assisting us immediately as well as servicing us in the future based upon our remodeling plans for our home.
Their ad on TV is very accurate. It caught our attention and we are glad we called them. This company obviously wants to do a great job and gain customer confidence to build future business. Our search for a plumber is over; we finally found a plumbing company that will use again when the need arises.

"Craig Desrosiers with Safe Electric did fantastic work for me right before Christmas. I liked how he arrived on the dot on time. I was so pleased with his work in fact, that I hired Craig a second time today, 12/27 for an additional several hours to install more Lutron Caseta radio dimmer switches for our home and landscape lighting control, which I love. He also installed new duplex outlets that were expertly cut and fished with no holes for me to patch and paint -what a relief and huge convenience to me. This was a very challenging job, especially since they were undoing improperly completed work previously done by a less experienced and unreliable electrician that I foolishly hired as side work (don't ever do that like I did a month ago, because you do NOT get what you think you paid for). Spend the money, hire a recommended licensed, experienced, and honest electrician. He tirelessly trouble shot and traced extensive track lighting fixtures throughout our mid century modern home. It helped to have all items purchased and ready for him to install. The few things I didn't have, he easily had ready to install from his work van. He was definitely prepared. Craig didn't cut any corners, he charged me a fair hourly rate, and most important: everything was done this time perfectly and safely. I feel strongly that when resale time should ever come around in the future years from now, I won't have any further issues or questions from a buyer's pesky home inspector, thanks to his job done right. 'Wish I'd called him first! I now have his cell number saved in my phone, and will gladly pass it on to anyone who asks me in passing if I know of a good electrician I can recommend. Call Craig first! He's the Lutron master pro, and he's been a licensed electrician for over 30 years...and his experience and professionalism shines bright and safe in my home, that's for sure."

"Initially, the instal went as planned. However, upon leaving the installer told me the tub faucet might move a little. If it did, I was told “just push it back” into position. However, the next morning there was a rather large water spot (2 feet in diameter) on the kitchen ceiling. In total three trips to my home were needed to correct all issues but one. The face bowl lever is buried behind the spout and very difficult to reach/use. At that moment, I decided not to seek another attempted repair."
