"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. "Fabulous group. We have been using them since we moved here ten years ago. My mom uses them in Beaver. We have an agreement. They come in the summer and winter. They are always wonderful. Last fall they check the furnace. They cleaned out the air conditioning unit. They put the cover on it. They were amazing. They are always wonderful. I like the fact that my mom is ninety two, and they do not take an advantage of her. When she has a problem, they will come and take care of her. She has used them for many years. I use them for services, but my mom will call them, and they will come out the same day. When they call you that they are on their way, they are on their way. Mike said they are always nice. They put on those booties on, they don't get anything on the carpet. They cleaned up after themselves. Everyone we have had here is wonderful."
