"Went great, quick and easy, very good service. I also order my replacement salt from Elgin Water Care. They deliver it, carry it to my basement, and fill up the softener as needed."

"Heating The heating system made extra noise.."

"Ethan is really a good person who cares only about solving your issue at the best price. He replaced my water softener system and late the same night he replaced my water heater as well. His price is half of the big shops and i’m 100% satisfied and will only use him for my water processing needs."

"Overall good experience. Replaced water heater. The plumbers were great and explained our options for repair or replace. Expensive but little needed repair."

"It is insanely stuff worthy. I had a plumbing problem that was quite complicated but he came out and did a fix on it which was more affordable than the other companies."

"Dan provided a thorough explanation of needed repairs. He was timely polite and very efficient. Iâ ve been looking for a go-to plumber and at this point it looks like I may have found one."

"Had an estimate done for owner supplied water softener. ARS's estimate was very fare compared to 2 other company estimates whos estimate were twice as high. The installer went out of his way to explain and show me how the system works and not charge me for additional parts he needed. Very professional and courteous, will hire again if needed."

"I actually had my service over a three day period. The first day, a Tuesday, my drains were cleared. It was fast and quick!! The second day, my water heater was replaced and plumbing that was cast iron was replaced with PVC. I’m extremely happy with the professional grade of repair that was completed. I want to thank the repair people for outstanding work!! Saide was my first tech who worked on the drain and took pictures for the next crew for the water heater. Nate Joyce and his helper, Terry came by for the water heater. Again, awesome job!"
