We didn't want to call the Culligan company because of their reputation for excessive service charges. We know now how much filters cost so we know that the price charged us a year after we had the unit installed was too high. But this time we had no choice. I went into the Home Advisor site to see what other vendors charged for this kind of service but I still ended up with a Culligan servicer, Culligan Water Conditioning! We were quoted an amount that was lower than the amount we paid before so we decided to go with them. The tech rep, Steve Easters, impressed us with his efficiency and his affable nature that we decided to have him replace our filters in the future even if we know that we can save a lot by replacing them ourselves. He is one of the better technical reps we had come across during the 40+ years we have lived in the U.S. Culligan is lucky to have him."
