"Very helpful - answered my call right away. Jim was very knowledgable about my hot water heater problem. Pro Plumbers provided very timely and very professional work to repair my hot water heaters."

"They arrived, saw the issue, and offered several repair options, with costs, and advantages/disadvantages with each, and the costs for the repairs to my try at repairing the plumbing. Definitely my plumber from now on and definitely recommend him."

"Awesome service. Very professional. We love our new tankless water heater."

"They gave me a quote to replace my tank less Hot Water heater, and once I agreed to the quote, they performed the work quickly, and efficiently! The workers were very polite, proficient, and did a great job!"

"They repaired the problem after a 30 minute sales pitch on how other items in the condo were old and needed replacing even though they were not called out to check these items ie. water heater, toilets, & faucets. They were too much of a salesman and did not get down to the major issue we had at hand."

"Ruben Reyes removed our 50 gallon broken water heater and replaced with a tangles one and I was so impressed with his professionalism. This is a big job and he was amazing! I would definitely use him and the company again. Highly recommend."

"I originally called Nick's Plumbing to fix a kitchen faucet that I could not fix myself. David had it repaired in about 5 minutes. I was embarrassed that I couldn't figure it out myself. I figured that while he was there, I'd ask some questions about our hot water supply. He checked our water heater to find it was 12 years old. It had never been serviced. The 12 years of sediment build up explained poor hot water supply. I asked about replacing with another tank and the cost for a tankless system. It was about 2½ times more expensive to put in a tankless system. The 40 gallon water heater was in our attic. The thought of a leak in tank, and the possibility of 40 gallons drenching the house - and the continued water supply trying to fill the leaking tank - was the 1st thought that came to mind. I'm looking towards retirement soon with no regular paycheck to replace a water heater. I asked myself "if I'm going to replace a water heater in the next 2 to 5 years, isn't NOW the time to do it?" We are planning to retire in our current home. The tankless system seemed to make sense for us now and into the next 10 to 20 years. I plan to have THIS hot water system regularly serviced so that we get more than 12 years use out of it. David and Jorge got all the parts and materials to replace the old water heater with the new tankless system. This included replacing the roof vent - tankless requires something different than a tank. I was home when they initially arrived and when we negotiated the replacement. I had to leave for work but my wife was there while they worked. She said they departed about 4 pm so it was an all - day job. Nobody replaces their water heater on a whim. Something bad has to happen - like a leak or no hot water. I got lucky. I replaced my hot water heater by talking to an experienced plumber about annoying issues. I got it replaced before something bad happening. Thanks David, Jorge, and the folks at Nick's."

"Very professional service when replacing my water heater. They provided all the parts and equipment and hauled off the old water heater. They did an excellent job on a difficult job due to location of water heater and they were very prompt. They offer a good warranty at a fair price. Would definitely recommend their service to others."

"Eliazel recently performed a water heater flush and general check of our home. He arrived early and was very professional and polite. He did an excellent job for a fair price. I highly recommend him."
