"The technician rinsed filters and cleaned the AC unit. He checked a part on the unit with a meter which indicated that the part powering the fan (Run Cap?)was receiving only half the required energy needed to operate properly, meaning the part was failing and needed replaced ( the part was covered by the warranty because we have a maintenance agreement) So happy Eric knows his job and is good at diagnostics. "Matt and Mike replaced our old barrel type humidifier that wasn't working and replaced it with the Aprilaire fan in humidifier, ran a new water line, electric and rerouted the condensation line to the sump pump. They also upgraded the thermostat and relay panel to be able to control the humidity from t-stat. Everything is running perfectly with home humidity at 46%. Also purchased the elite yearly service plan."
