"Ari and his team replaced the entire old siding on my house with fiber cement siding, painted it, power washed and cleaned the gutters, replace exterior flood lights and also replaced my fence and back gate. Although this was a lot of work their price was very reasonable and very competitive. They arrived on time every day, worked diligently and completed the job on time. The quality of the work is excellent. They were also very respectful of our time and property and never left a mess, I was very pleased I did not have to micro manage them. "Very well. The project was completed by Christmas eve. It is home to a garden theme statue and adds a lot of drama to the yard.
There are six layers of brick with the concrete tiles as a border. Flawless. My regret is that this is the last project as i have no more room  in my yard."

"I had a To Do list of items in order of importance for the contractor.  The first item was simply replacing 3 pieces of facial board. When he started this job a 1' x 1' section of board under the roof was rotten.  So the job was more involved than originally determined by me.  To save time, I went to purchase a couple roofing items needed.  I had saved some roofing tiles from original re-roof many years ago.  He ran an errand while I went shopping.  When I came back, he had brought some extra roofing felt that he had. This saved me $20-25.  He finished the roofing job and caulked it very well.  Also mentioned that the flashing on our house was put on incorrectly, which caused this issue.  He told me what needed to be done, so my husband did it when he came home, since he could do that himself.  Next, he stabilized the dishwasher.  Last item was outdoor kitchen back splash that was loose. He removed, scraped old adhesive and caulk from pieces.  Then re-adhesive back in place and caulked.
My To Do list was long, but he was able to get to my top 3 items.  I had received a quote on the facial board repair of only $299 from another company.  I thought it was an outrageous price.  I was pleased that Dalton could do this type of work in addition to my other items.  It saved me money and quality work was done!
