"Ace Construction (Tony) provided an estimate that was reasonable, upfront and included a time frame for completion. Payments were made as the project progressed through each phase. As with any project communication between homeowner and business is vital and Tony was superb throughout the entire project. Tony has a keen eye when it came to vision and style, he provided excellent input and made great suggestions. We are very pleased with the work done by Ace Construction, Tony transformed our outdated kitchen, bathrooms and fireplace to the most current style. We are family owned full service handyman service and Licensed General Contractor that does 90% of the work myself. On occasion I will have someone with me to aid in assistance. I always ensure the quality and take pride in my work. I am a licensed business owner, bonded and insured. I believe in “flat rate” pricing for the client versus an hourly rate, that way the client knows exactly the cost up front. An exception is for small assembly work, we have an hourly rate. I have lived and worked my business in the same general area for 40 years and I can assist you with any job. Like I always say, I do " a little bit of everything"!
