"We were in need of our existing home appraised with a Form 1007 Single Family Home Comparable Rent Schedule, for the purpose of meeting income requirements with the purchase of a new home out of state while keeping our existing home to convert to rental property. I called Mike on a Friday and he answered the phone and knew exactly what we needed. Mike was able to give us an accurate quote over the phone for $295 for the appraisal, $50 for the rent schedule, and $20 for gas (driving between Chicago and our home in Tinley Park).
