"We were in need of our existing home appraised with a Form 1007 Single Family Home Comparable Rent Schedule, for the purpose of meeting income requirements with the purchase of a new home out of state while keeping our existing home to convert to rental property. I called Mike on a Friday and he answered the phone and knew exactly what we needed. Mike was able to give us an accurate quote over the phone for $295 for the appraisal, $50 for the rent schedule, and $20 for gas (driving between Chicago and our home in Tinley Park). He initially offered to come out that weekend, but we were travelling. He then offered to come out the same day if it worked with out schedule (it did). He arrived exactly when he said he would (calling us on the road to let us know traffic held him up 15 minutes), conducted the appraisal, and had the report to us by Monday night. I would definitely recommend Mike to anyone who needs an appraisal."
