"Excellent - Josh, Mark, and the team tore out 3 feet of concrete floor to replace the base of the stack pipe then worked their way up. Project took 2 days, first floor was completed and back on line the first day. Second floor and cleanup was done the second. 100 year old home so none of the old plumbing was easy to access. Very happy with results and with the professionalism of his team."

"Our sump pump had to be replaced, as it had worn out and we could hear banging in the pipes. Kevin was excellent, timely and efficient. Clear communication and made sure I knew my options."

"Dave is a great plumber. Dave is also one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. He even brings cookies at Christmas time. Does your plumber do that? I am always pleasantly surprised when I receive his bill. Owning a 100 year old home brings different challenges. Dave is a master at 100 year old plumbing."

"Great! Tech was timely, helpful and explained the work done. Helped with checking to make sure the installation was done properly. Cost is based on yearly contract ($180 total, included 1 AC and furnace check up, priority over non-members, etc.)"

"The handyman process went very well! Chris was able to identify the issue and was able to fix it whilst going the extra mile to make sure that it was done right. I would highly recommend this person for pretty much any home repair project you can think of!"

"He is wonderful. He had to come back the second day based on the other things I wanted done. He worked his full day and I feel like I got my $600 worth. He truly was excellent in all regards. He was courteous, prompt and had the other tools he needed. He was most accommodating. When he was disassembling the sink in the bathroom, he said to me that these sink fixtures probably ought to be replaced. He said that the Moen faucets had a life time warranty. He contacted the Moen people himself and had them send me new faucets to my home. I would recommend this guy to anybody who needs a handyman because he does have a very comprehensive skills set. I wouldn't hesitate to have him back. When I get my bathroom team and I am ready to put my vanity and stuff back in, he is the man I am going to call."

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Aurora, OH

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
