"Trey, the lead contractor and I hit it off from the beginning at the time of the estimate and carried our positive momentum all the way to the completion of the job. He gave me his best price and showed me how to save money ($500) on the job by performing my own demo of the old flooring. The agreement for the work was made on a Friday, Trey then lent me his trailer so I could dispose of the old flooring, and we completed the demo on Sunday. Trey and his crew showed up on Monday morning and I paid him his 40% "start money" and they finished on Thursday afternoon. I have to give Trey and his crew high praise because they helped me with my ailing father and tiled his room without putting him out or causing any displacement. Trey also returned the left-over material and returned the funds to me. All in all a very pleasant experience!"

"They are good repairing stained glass, completed job looks good. On site, they scocial distanced, wore mask when explaining work, and was professional. The job was pricey, but I did not have other quotes to compare. They rescheduled three times over a month, however, itâ s 2020 and I was willing to work around theyâ re schedule."

"First let me say I would absolutely hire Lux again, and would highly recommend them based on several things (communication, timeliness, pricing and follow up). And I was torn between a 4 or a 5 rating. I called Lux and Amanda (who does the scheduling and billing) was amazing to work with. They had someone out immediately, gave us a very competitive quote, and told us it would be 7-10 days to get the glass ready. 10 days later Lux had the crew back out and completed the glass replacement and screen repair. Unfortunately, after they left, we discovered each of the 4 screens had some problems with puckering and needed to be re-stretched. In addition, when they replaced the glass in our mahogany door, they took out 3 of the 4 trim panels, but left the 4th in place. The new glass was slightly thinner so when they reinstalled the 3 pieces they no longer lined up with the 4th. When I contacted Amanda she was very apologetic and immediately scheduled the team to come back out and correct all issues which they did. We are very happy with the corrected work. Amanda's communications throughout the entire process was top notch. I had originally tried to work with a company called Lone Star glass who strung us along for over 3 months on the glass repair and screen replacement and ultimately did nothing. In comparison I was so happy to have found the professional team at Lux."

"When a landscaper accidentally shattered the exterior panel of my full light front door, I reached out to more than a dozen businesses to see about repairs. Glass Worx 512 was THE ONLY BUSINESS THAT COULD ACTUALLY REPLACE THE GLASS. Everyone else said I'd need to replace the entire door. Fransisco was amazing! He was able to come by to examine the work and give me a quote the very same day (he explained that the exterior panel is actually fused to the middle and interior panels), placed the order right away, and completed the installation as soon as he received the order. From first contact to completion, the whole job took just a week- many other businesses couldn't even schedule an assessment for over two weeks from the day a contacted them.
