He arrived right on time, told me how long it would take and proceeded to vacuum up the hundreds of shards of glass, somehow getting every one of them. "We have windows that we bought from Thermal-Gard years ago.  A few years after we bought them, the company no longer offered their services in Wisconsin.  So, when we had a problem with one of the windows, they told us they would send the parts but we have to find someone to repair the window.  My bathroom window would not open from the bottom at all.   I had difficulty finding someone who would do the work.  Found Superior thru Angies List.  Scott and Ryan replaced the springs but since Thermal-Gard didn't send  the correct springs, the window didn't stay up.  So, after recieving the correct springs, Ryan returned and replaced them.  No extra charge either.  How nice!  Very happy with the company.

"We have a 90 year old house with limited storage and small closets. Crystal came to our house and did a great job listening to our needs and designed a system to maximize our space. She was very helpful and understanding of our end goal. Crystal ensured that the install date was scheduled at a convenient time for me and my young family. "We purchased the deal in May of 2013. It took about 6 weeks for the painter to contact us due to weather and a large volume of deals purchased. He contacted me and we indicated we were interested in re-painting the outside trim of the home using the deal as a base for cost. He did not stop by or follow up after about 4 additional weeks so I contacted him again and asked to setup a time. We then setup quote with Matt. Matt came to our home and felt that the trim work was a lot of effort and indicated he would send us a quote for the job. It appeared that he was a little taken aback despite our home being a standard upscale ranch built in 2007. He did send us a quote and the amount was more than what we had anticipated or gotten from competitors. Due to this we decided to cancel the deal, but would consider using them in the future for other jobs."
