"From start to finish, the experience was great. Answered calls, came out to estimate quickly, glass was ordered promptly and install was great. Also, were conscious of safety and wore masks when inside house which was appreciated. Highly recommend."

"Started with Rachel on the phone who was kind and specific. She quoted a firm price over the phone and set up the appointment. The technician, Ed, was friendly and helpful. He arrived right on time, told me how long it would take and proceeded to vacuum up the hundreds of shards of glass, somehow getting every one of them. The replacement window was installed for exactly the price quoted. They came to my house and all I had to do was pay and say thank you. I highly recommend The Glass Doctor. They were great and their price was considerably less than other providers including those who did not offer home service. The window fits perfectly and operates smoothly."

"We have windows that we bought from Thermal-Gard years ago.  A few years after we bought them, the company no longer offered their services in Wisconsin.  So, when we had a problem with one of the windows, they told us they would send the parts but we have to find someone to repair the window.  My bathroom window would not open from the bottom at all.   I had difficulty finding someone who would do the work.  Found Superior thru Angies List.  Scott and Ryan replaced the springs but since Thermal-Gard didn't send  the correct springs, the window didn't stay up.  So, after recieving the correct springs, Ryan returned and replaced them.  No extra charge either.  How nice!  Very happy with the company.

"We have a 90 year old house with limited storage and small closets. Crystal came to our house and did a great job listening to our needs and designed a system to maximize our space. She was very helpful and understanding of our end goal. Crystal ensured that the install date was scheduled at a convenient time for me and my young family. Trent, the installer, was very professional, kind and courteous. Prompt and efficient, too. Left the closet space cleaner than when he began! I am thrilled with my layout and the flexibility to change rods/shelves/drawers. Could not be an easier or more pleasant process start to finish. We will definitely have them return to work on our remaining closets. Rated Good for price as we had received a slightly cheaper quote from a former California Closets franchise. Decided it was worth the extra money to go with the Authorized Californial Closet retailer and know that I would have someone to help me later on with accessories and additional closets. This franchise is based out of Wheeling, IL with a show room in Brookfield, WI."

"Matt was polite and professional. Communication could have been a little better.  My appt. was originally scheduled for Sunday but the work was not performed until Tuesday and it wasn't until I called at the end of each day to find out where they were that I was informed it was rescheduled for the next day. Chis and Andrew arrived promptly on Tuesday and immediately began working.  They were both extremely polite, professional and kept the job site very clean.

It was hard to find out details such as if the scope of my work was within the parameters of the deal purchased; or how the stain was provided. I was told I pick out the stain and that's what they put on.  It would have helped to know upfront that they use Sherwin Williams. This resulted in multiple trips to view stain selections as my first choice was another brand of stain. I do have to say that Matt went above and beyond by purchasing my first choice.  This did result in additional costs.

Overall, I was very pleased with the job provided by Richmond Painting & Decorating.

"Exceedingly well -- work was done very well, and Curt was able to get the job completed more quickly than expected. As he noticed other small things, he asked if I would like them to do them (like powerwashing my porch.) It's not always easy finding people who will work on a tall house. My house definitely looks much better than before, and I will use Curt for other projects."

"She is a master and does a great job."

"They were on time and was able to complete the work the same day. I would hire them again."
