"Catonsville Custom Framing & Fine Art was beyond excellent. I had a rather large (30x40) piece of art in a professionally done shadow box frame in which the glass had became broken. The original large chain professional framer could not price it exactly because their estimator wasn't there, but gave me a ROM of several hundred dollars and told me to come back. One of the big box craft stores refused to repair it and would only quote a completely new framing. A second big box craft store framing expert carefully examined the frame and said they could do it. Two weeks later when it as supposed to be completed they called, said now it could not be done and to come and pick it up. When I did, it was dismantled into numerous pieces and left in bags! This was no problem Catonsville Custom Framing & Fine Art. Without hesitation, they were able to replace the glass and reassemble it all back together beautifully. They even included a new wall hanger. Best of all, this was all done at half the cost of the big box store and in one day! They were also very friendly. Forget the big box stores with their weekly half off framing coupons and go to this local merchant."

"We needed a repair of a leaded glass side light. Terraza was very efficient and professional and quick to give us an estimate. They removed the panel, and returned the very next Saturday with a perfect repair which they installed. We met Donna and her husband who did a terrific job. I hope our dog Jeff who made this repair necessary when he tried to attack the mailman from inside the house never does this again. If he does we will get to see Donna and husband again and Jeffs milk bone treats will be reduced."

"It was an overall great experience!! I called old line glass explaining my dilemma. They came to give me an estimate 2 days later. The best part of all was they were able to do most of the work that same day. I thought they were going to have to order glass or at least the screens, but to my surprise he cut the glass right then and there and made the screens. Very happy would definitely recommend them."

"I used Frank's company in the past to renovate my kitchen and I loved his work, so it was only natural that when I decided to make a major change to my master bathroom I contacted him again. As he did with our kitchen, he promptly came over and took a look at our space. He had so many ideas that we hadn't even thought were possible in our small space. We ultimately decided to re-do the entire thing - cabinets, tile, etc. Once we went over our wishes for the bathroom, he took our ideas and ran with them, and made them so much better than we could have imagined. We went to the office, where he showed us his design in his state of the art office. After we settled on a design, we worked with Christen to pick out our new cabinets, tile and finishes right there in his showroom.  He had so many choices for us to look at and compare and Christen helped us every step of the way. We got a truly personal experience from Frank and his staff. The project was also timely- the renovation went according to schedule. As always with a major rehab of an area, there are bumps in the road - but that is to be expected. In the end, I have a bathroom that I love! I would absolutely recommend Frank and Ruxton Design and Build to anyone that needs a bathroom or a kitchen - I can't say enough good things about them and their work.

"The drywall repair was excellent. I could not ask for more, or better. The patches that needed fixing were extremely large, and you cannot tell that anything was done. If all you need is drywall repair, stop reading now, and hire Kargman's. Our main thoughts were that they did a great job, eventually. They had to come out and fix things twice and that shows great customer service and responsiveness. We just would prefer not having multiple trips. The carpentry ended up being excellent as well, and it was an admittedly tough job getting baseboards attached to brick, and trim along the walls where drywall met the brick. The main issue we had was that there were some sloppy places at first that needed Kargman's to come back out and fix. They were great in doing this, and bent over backwards to come out and do it again, but it would have been better not to have to have anyone come back out. The real issue we had was with the painting. Eventually, it all looks great and the final product is perfect. It's just that they had to come back out and clean up painted over faceplates, trim, and a door. They did eventually get it pretty much right, but it took a while. So again, everything turned out great and looks great, but it's not above average or done on the first try, so we couldn't give an A."

"They did the repairs that I requested in a satisfactory manner, they were simple repairs nothing complicated."

"I had some follow up issues with them. In one window, the seal broke. Basically it was a brand new window and the seal broke. They had a lifetime warranty. That bothered me that the seal broke and also we had some water leakage coming in that dealt with the leak holes that the water wasn't flowing out. The price was average. Their punctuality was good. Professionalism to me means interacting with the customer, they are respectful, they try to keep the house clean, and they clean up well. How they present, all over standpoint professionalism, the people I talk to, they answer my questions in a courteous and quick manner."
