She scheduled weds. for replacement of my water heater but because of a cancellation she got them to come on Monday. Both Juan and William Came in and went to work. Got the job done in a couple hours . I didn't have to deal with the old water heater. I was very happy with their work and they were very patient with my questions. George also came early to flush my tankless. This is a well run company and their prices are fair. I will be contacting them for any other jobs I have. Thank you!"

"Simi Valley - Service is good but they are pricey. Drain line under bathroom sink needed to have p-trap and clean out plug replaced. Hands were pretty much tied with an open clean out. Gave price of 2400. To make the repair. Now, I know it could be opening a can of worms but it could also be an easy repair, which it was. It was a 4 to 5 hour job. Probably won’t be using them in the future."

"These guys saved us during the recent heatwave. I looked for days for someone to come help us service our airconditioner, which was working....except for the cold air part. These guys were so easy to get in touch with and they put us on the schedule for the next day. They took a look and the fix was really easy. They serviced the AC, made some recommendations for future upgrades (but made sure to let us know they weren't emergencies) and left us with a house full of cold air. While he was here, he explained everything clearly, showed me the issue, and how he would be able to fix it. I also really appreciated that when he arrived and saw I had a mask on, he immediately offered to put a mask on without me having to ask. For people who live with someone who is immunocompromised or feel more comfortable masking, you can feel safe and comfortable while Tito is working in your home. Tito is professional, friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and detailed. I highly recommend his services and will definitely call him in the future if we need his expertise and help!"

"We called Patrick's plumbing service and found the actual owner of the company to answer the phone. He was polite and informative. Once he started work it did not take long before the washing machine was working again. Such a stress on the household when the plumbing problems were mounting, so calling this plumber was a great solution. He had a truck with all the tools and equipment for the job and Cleaned UP as well, which is rare. I would get this plumber back again on the next plumbing project."

"The lady answering the phone sounded not very professional. There was excessive background noise from what sounded like a party. She took my basic info and anticipated having service to me in about half an hour. One hour later, I called for an update and got an answering machine. Asked for an update. Servicing plumber, Jonathan, called to say he was on the way. One hour later, I called his cell. He had been delayed by last work. Once he arrived, he quickly saw what needed to be done, went to Home Depot to get the parts, and quickly and professionally replaced both the hot and cold inlet pipes, as I asked. Very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Pricing was probably average, but was right on his estimate."

"It was a certain price for him to come out and fix a leak. He installed the water heater either the next day or maybe the same day. It was right away. I had him one day, and then the next day we noticed water coming out of our water heater. So I called him and he was on his way taking his daughter to school, which is just a block away from our house. So he stopped by and then went to work and brought back a new water heater and installed it. He is a nice person. You can tell. He just wanted to help us. He knew we needed a water heater and he fixed it for us right away."
