"In the process of buying a home, we had Tony’s to give an estimate on the inspection report items found. Even though he was busy he arranged his time to fit it into his day. His quote was reasonable. After buying the house we hired Tony’s to do the inspection repairs and was able to get an appt quickly. Chris and Winston were very nice and professional. It took longer to complete the job but that happens. On one of the days they were to come back to work, we had appts at the DMV so I arranged for Chris to drive over and pick up the house key so they could work while we were stuck waiting. The work they did passed the city’s inspection as well. Just as Chris and Winston were finishing up the job, the pilot light go out on the water heater. Thankfully the tank was still under warranty so the part was free. Once the part came in Paul was able to install it that day, which was a Fri so we would have hot water over the weekend. Mandie, Angie and Karen were a huge help during the whole process and are all very nice. I truly appreciated their patience with working with me through it all! We are also working with Tony’s to have the sewer pipe repaired and my interaction with John, who is their pro for this type of work has been super nice and patient while explaining things to me and answering my questions on the subject. This repair is still in the strategic stage as the city is involved but I have no doubts in John’s ability to fix the repairs. We also are immensely appreciative in his efforts working with the city! I definitely recommend Tony’s! They will be our plumber for as long as we live here!"

"I called Water Heaters Only out of desperation on Sunday...Seth @ toll free # was fully aware of our tenants being without hot water for 2 days and was able to get a technician out on Monday morning. Monday @ 5 pm, hot water was up and running. David, the technician knew what had to be done to get the heater up and running. The next day, we did have a hiccup with a part but David came out immediately and tweaked the part -- all is good. Here is what I like -- 1. no sales pitch. 2. David gave me a plan b for possible additional work. 3. this company is available 365 days and you dont have to wait for parts to be delivered from out of state. 4. Water Heaters Only has their own facility for parts."

"These guys saved us during the recent heatwave. I looked for days for someone to come help us service our airconditioner, which was working....except for the cold air part. These guys were so easy to get in touch with and they put us on the schedule for the next day. They took a look and the fix was really easy. They serviced the AC, made some recommendations for future upgrades (but made sure to let us know they weren't emergencies) and left us with a house full of cold air. It was one of the easiest home services we've had in our new house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND."

"Tito was referred to us by our contractor and it was a pleasure working with him! We needed an extension for our shower valve. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. The communication was EXCELLENT (I can't emphasize this enough!) and we were kept up to date throughout the entire process--we were able to text which was so convenient. While he was here, he explained everything clearly, showed me the issue, and how he would be able to fix it. I also really appreciated that when he arrived and saw I had a mask on, he immediately offered to put a mask on without me having to ask. For people who live with someone who is immunocompromised or feel more comfortable masking, you can feel safe and comfortable while Tito is working in your home. Tito is professional, friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and detailed. I highly recommend his services and will definitely call him in the future if we need his expertise and help!"

"Patrick responded to our call immediately, and came out the same day. He selected and obtained the hot water heater and the other materials, and came back that day to replace it. It took him more than six hours. In two days, we noticed a very bad leak where the pipes from the water heater entered the house. Patrick came right out to look at it and repaired it. He was finished late in the afternoon, when we noticed that another leak had appeared further down the line under the house. At this point, we decided that we should have the house re-piped with copper. Patrick gave us an estimate of dollars and time. We decided to go with another Angie's list provider who has had more experience in re-piping and whose price was lower. Patrick was very professional and thorough. He let us know what he was doing as he went along. We might have him again if he adjusts his price. It is really too high. Overall, I was willing to pay more because he took care of both the problems immediately."

"First attempt at service had to be curtailed because they couldn't turn the water off at the street because the street valve was defective. When they looked at the valve at the house, they were reluctant to try it because of it's age. They returned another day after the water company had replaced the street valve and replaced the leaky spigots quickly. I appreciated that they were cautious about harming a valve that could have resulted in a lot more expense for me. They did not charge for the second visit. I used them because of a package offered and I would use them again."

"It was a certain price for him to come out and fix a leak. He installed the water heater either the next day or maybe the same day. It was right away. I had him one day, and then the next day we noticed water coming out of our water heater. So I called him and he was on his way taking his daughter to school, which is just a block away from our house. So he stopped by and then went to work and brought back a new water heater and installed it. He is a nice person. You can tell. He just wanted to help us. He knew we needed a water heater and he fixed it for us right away."

"Original estimate and proposal was handled in professional manner. Everything was fully explained and there was no pressure or "snow job". Everything was itemized and put in writing. The "free" hot water heater was not needed so received a credit of $1300.
The five man crew arrived on schedule and got to work immediately.  Met with supervisor Mark and foreman Jose and reviewed job.
The crew laid down tarps for dirt control (looked good at first, but wasn't that effective. Attic insulation was still tracked in house  They did attempt to vacuum everything up.)
Crew didn't have a ladder so they used mine. No big deal.
They all worked really hard and there was no loafing around. Had the walls opened and new pipe laid out and ready to go the first day.They didn't hesitate in working late. Made the ordeal of having to have a re-pipe bearable. It was great to still have water all day and that night.
The crew were very polite and friendly and we enjoyed their presence.
They really appreciated the free lunch we gave them and helped cement our relationship. They all deserved a "Gold Star" for their outstanding work.
The next day layout was completed, old pipe removed and new tied in. New piping was flushed and  pressure tested. No leaks.
As a former building inspector, I was very impressed by their professionalism, work ethics and attitude. It's very rare to have someone "do it right the first time".The following day the drywall came and repaired all the walls that had been demo'd. Outstanding job.
 Only a few negatives:
Cleanup. 
Attic insulation that had been pushed aside was not put back.(still not done)
They also missed some shock absorbers which the building inspector caught. Jose came back the next day and took care of the them.  Bathroom exhaust fan had been stepped on and pushed down below the ceiling. Drywall man attempted repairs. OK..
Piping could have been flushed a little longer to get all debris out. Minor.
Overall I am very pleased with the work. Price was a big OUCH!
UPDATE!
It has been several months now and I find the installation was not as great as I thought.  Rather than moving the ceiling insulation, they installed the pipes on the roof rafters. Pipe insulation inadequate; water too cold in winter and scalding hot in summer. Don't let them take short cut!
