"We were happy with all aspects of dealing with this company. Both the people in the office and techs they sent out had great customer service skills, explained everything and accomplished everything they said they would in the time they promised. There was a small accident while taking the duct cleaner in and out of our house, a tile on our front step got chipped. The techs showed it to me and the put me in immediate contact with office to resolve the issue. They promptly got a licensed contractor out to replace the tile and took care of everything. I would use them again or recommend to anyone, fair prices, professional employees and good customer service.

"Very professional and knowledgeable service. AC was not cooling and they came out within 2 hours of a phone call and within the time period that was promised. They quickly found and repaired the problem. Reasonable pricing for the job. I would definitely call them again when needed."

"so many workers take advantage...or try to...of an elderly disabled woman. when ozzie fm ice city a/c called to schedule he ssid "i will take care of u" & in my heart i believed him. He & his partner were efficient, knew exactly what they were doing & ozzie really hustled to get parts...a deal on a primo a/c...new workable thermostats...fixed central a/c #1... which i had been told needed compressor....all in 24 hrs or less! i HIGHLY RECOMMEND ozzie & his ice city a/c co. he is lic & insured."

"East Coast Air's Scott estimated and provided oversight while Johnny and Xavier did an excellent job of replacing an old outdated and useless ac duct with a modern well insulated duct system that Scott convinced me was the best way to provide ac to my home that often didn't cool well in the summer. Boy was he right. It works great now. They also replaced the central air system that was over 20 years old with the right size for my home and we saved on the electric bill. They did an excellent, professional job that was preformed with minimal inconvenience."
