This company has great customer service. They are quick and responsive.

We installed our A/C towards end of March 2013, but didn't move into the house until March 2014. When our unit was giving us problems, they came out and took care of the issue, and everything works great now. (The blower cable came loose).

We also recently purchased a new return box to replace our old one, and Jon was very courteous and did a good job.

"They were prompt and professional, and the new blower motor is working well. When we noticed that the blower motor wouldn't turn off, they examined the unit and recommended a replacing the motor. Communication was excellent - I received a text message and phone call a half hour before the service technician arrived, which gave me time to prepare. The service technician also gave me maintenance tips for keeping the A/C unit in good working order."

"Fairway Cleaning showed up with their company van at the scheduled time of my appointment.  Jack & Deivis (the Technicians) greeted me at the front door.  They were very professional, wearing company logo polo shirts.  They were very responsive to my needs telling me what they were going to do.  The job took about a half hour to perform.  They showed me what they pulled out of the vent and said this is why my dryer was not drying very well.  They cleaned up everything & pushed the dryer back in its place before leaving.
I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them for any cleaning needs you may have.

"As for details......before I called this company, I read previous reviews, as well as the wonderful service others were given by Darnell, who is a major factor in this company as well as who preforms the work. When he came by, I told him that he must "walk on water" due to the rave reviews. I was also very impressed by Stacy, who is the person answering the company calls. Previous calls to other companies, I was met with a "hello," rather than a name of a company which made me continue to search for a provider. Stacy was delightful, efficient and advised Darnell to call. Darnell came out, got into the attic and told me what needed to be done regarding removal and replacing the ductwork. I've been having sinus issues and knew it had to be due to all the attic air escaping into the home. Darnell also made sure to include the "Angie's List" discount. The man DOES walk on water with his professionalism, kindness and making sure the job gets done and done right. I can only remember the name of his newest employee, Donovan and apologize to the other two who were on the job. Each tech was wonderful, efficient and made sure they cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. Now that the ducts have been replaced and the insulation has been added, our home is much colder and dryer. I am sure the FPL bill will drop next month.
I could go on raving about Stacy, Darnell, et al but it would look as if I was a paid spokesperson for this company....LOL and I am not---just a very happy customer. If anyone needs to have ductwork or insulation, please make sure Go-Green is on your must call list."

This is my first Big Deal with Angie's List. He did it like it was any other job and didn't treat it like a discount. His demeanor was pleasant. He took the time to clean. He ordered us some new vents to replace to the old ones. I felt safe and comfortable with him. He wasn't inquisitive or prying and was very professional."
