"Customer Svc (calling into the office for scheduling/ followup) huge pain. The scheduling process is tedious. They pummel you with a barrage of emails, texts, phone calls. Their price is double other reasonable specific providers vs local handyman providers. I went with these guys based on their claim they *fix/repair* any minor defects. My oversized gutters were new a few years b4 service. I cleaned the gutters myself up until Ned Stevens work. I thought the check and fix was a good decision. As a result of this work, I now have downspouts separating from the gutter that I cannot fix myself. I expected much more for $190. Their *deals* $7 off , 10% off offer no value in my opinion."

"Cleaned gutters on two story colonial and also gutters on addition and two car garage.  Several gutters were badly in need of cleaning/unclogging.  Also, Vince adjusted several downspouts, added support brackets, and repaired a few supports on gutters.  We are very pleased with the work."

"I was impressed with the promptness of the response to my assessment package bought from angies list and also surprised that no acual shingle or replacement work on the roof was recommended despite past leaks in the flat roof which was repaired==I was not. I was not aware the rear gutter was separating from the roof and the wood behind it was rotting.  i will probably replace the gutter as soon as I can get a second estimate.  McKay's estimate was $1500 to obtain a guttter that does not require periodic cleaning and $3200 to do all the gutters at the same time.

"We were referred to this company by a friend- they were so happy with their new windows that this company had installed- they had a father and son team come to do the work.  We used the same estimator and decided on 7 windows and wrapping much of the trim on windows and doors and posts with metal to protect the wood and keep a finished look without painting.  
The first day, the three guys installed the windows- looks great!  they accidentally dented a piece and promptly pulled it off and fixed it.  They did some extra detail to make two of the windows on the home look more similar to the others, and it looks great.  They replaced rotten wood and wrapped over it.  In these areas I could not be more happy!
The next two days, the work declined and the seams were not caulked as neatly.  They continued to redo or touch things up as we noted issues but with less enthusiasm or attention to detail.  The main issue I was left with was the pillars outside of the bedroom- They still do not mirror each other in the way the metal was applied.  I know that the one person we talked to most did his best to understand and fix the issues.  We finally asked for a tube of the caulk to touch things up ourselves and left the pillar as is.  Visitors will not notice the difference, but we do.  
Overall, there are certainly things that could have been done with greater attention.  We are happy with the result and would use the company again, though we would likely request the team our friends had.

"I could only afford the front gutter because I was having problems. The owner called me and I guess there was a misunderstanding between myself and the gentleman who gave me the initial estimate. He was under the impression that they did not do gutters. It turned out that they did do gutters and the owner made them come back out and do the job for free due to the misunderstanding. The owner's name was Keith and he made sure they did more than I originally asked for. They were very nice and I was really shocked that they would do something like that for me because I really needed it done. They repaired my soffits for me and they even re-attached the aluminum siding as well. They were very punctual, neat and nice."

"I had a leak in my roof.  One estimate was $22,000 and they wanted to do my windows which were not a problem.  Another estimate was for $5,000 with no guarantee.  K&R came over, diagnosed the problem to be flashing that had become lose, and fixed it in less than a half hour.  They also looked at the roof and told me it would last at least 5 more years, possibly more, I am now in my sixth year.  They also explained some new type roofs that were coming out that could possibly also convert light into electricity and later e-mailed my information on those roofs, but not a sales pitch.  Their price was so low I actually argued to pay more.  Will I use them again, d*** right.  And I will tell anyone who needs a roof or roof repair about them.

"Overall an okay experience.  Professional, timely, and easy to get in touch with.  However, installers left a 2x2 cm hole in my drywall near the upper left corner of the door frame. Instead of patching it up with plaster they injected a white caulk into the hole (my walls aren't white).  I'm going to have to repair that on my own dime (easy fix...however I wish they had taken the 10 seconds to patch it correctly)  In addition, the door frame came unpainted (only had a white primer on it) and I was told by the installers that I needed to paint it myself.  Really?  I'm pretty sure that wasn't explained to me by the salesman.   Also an easy fix...however given the price I'd expect the frame to come pre-painted.  
Overall (besides the minor details above) the door looks and works great."
