The service technician was very polite and respectful and open with the information. They left the impression that they really wanted to help."

"They said they only do an install but couldn't put a pipe in to my main line for it. So they only swap out an old existing system but don't do plumbing for a new install. Guess I was suppose to hire a plumber to do that. Kind of defeats the purpose of buying a new system. Pipes there are supposedly recalled but they couldn't replace them. Would've cost me another $2-300 to just swap them out."
