"They arrived approximately 5pm. Said they were going to install water heater, expansion tank for $95 additional and a plastic drip pan for $76 additional. I informed them that I checked with the city building commissioner and was told I did not need the drip pan in an unfinished basement with a floor drain within 2ft of unit. Service man says no drip pan no water heater. It’s too late to call the city as they closed and if I knew it was going to be a money grab I could have purchased a water heater and installed it my self rather than sit at home all day waiting for them to arrive. Also the inspection failed because they failed to install the proper shut off valve. I appealed to the business owner saying I was not told nor is there anywhere on their web site mentioning this. He said I put a drip pan on every installation whether customer wants or needs it or not or city codes don’t require it. Lowe’s has a similar pan for less than $10."

"Hired this company to install new furnace and air conditioner. I was impressed with Mike the salesman, he worked with me to make sure I got the best system that I wanted for our house. My biggest concern with picking a company out to do the installation. Any retired HAVAC person will tell you that you can buy the best products, but if not installed right you are going to have problems. Don and Dwayne did an excellent job making sure everything was done right the first time ( no shortcuts ). Company stands behind their installations with a guarantee, that is important. I like that everything start to finish was one price, all listed on estimate before work began. I will continue you use this company for regular service and highly recommend them. "Able to set up appointment promptly for the afternoon of call. Discussed replacement of 15 year old air conditioner and best way to proceed. Technician was very helpful and answered all questions. When Gorganc was contacted to set up appointment for the Technician who will eval system for best replacement unit, the office personnel stated we shouldn't need the annual service agreement because we will have a new unit. She refunded our payment. Who does that? Very happy with what seems to be a very professional company."

"It turned out okay. I was a little bit disappointed. I went with Lowe's because they were cheaper than the guy I had used in the past. But I just didn't feel that the ducts got totally cleaned out. My wife said, "Well, why don't you have them back?" I said, "I think it's the machine." The one they used before had a big powerful thing on the truck. This was more of a portable sucking fan or whatever. I just don't think it pulled stuff out as good as the other. I happened to look at one place where I had noticed a lot of debris on the floor. He was trying to blow through the ducts and it still seemed to be there when they were done. I was so-so with it. There were no other charges. The guy was very nice. He told me he threw in a sanitizer because we were relatively an easy job. He backed his truck in the driveway and rolled the thing off his truck. He didn't have to bring it down the basement or something. He said he talked to his office and they were fine with that. He was just very nice. But, I just didn't think he did as good a job as the guy who had the truck mounted thing that I used the time before. I would recommend them to come with a more powerful sucking machine. I went with them because of the price. But, I don't think the value was there. Next time, I'll pay more and go back to the guy who had the more powerful machine on his truck. We got it done within a week of when I had made the payment. The responsiveness was fine."
