"I received a call for scheduling first thing this morning. They were able to send a plumber out same day, afternoon. Demetric was prompt, courteous (wore shoe covers) and quickly repaired my shower faucet. The repair cost was reasonable and all done same day. Will use company again."

"Did a great job replacing my water main leak and offer affordable service."

"The best service for plumbing I've ever had. Matt came to repair a sewer pipe as scheduled and did the job quickly and thoroughly. I also had a water heater installed and the same timely, good service again. Integrated has definitely become my plumbing company and I highly recommend them."

"Fast and friendly service!!! They fixed some old water pipes in our yard. Would recommend them to anyone. ?"

"Repaired my main water line that was leaking between the meter and the house."

"I called the office using Moncreif because my real estate agent said to.  I was quoted a price of $120 for the technican to come and inspect the units.  I did not want any work done, we did not own the house, just a once over to see  if there were any problems.  He seemed to be spending a long time checking the systems out, and did report that both were low on coolant, and that one had a leak that was visible. Then he presented the bill.  I had a brief discussion about the price with him, but did not call the office to discuss the charges.  He broke it down for me at his hourly rate, but I really felt he just went over and above the inspection that I requested and he gouged me.  With my agent there, the house inspector there, and feeling pressure to get the process finished I just paid it.  I regret it.  Hence the bad review.  I did not use them for any repair work once we closed on the house. I am extremely happy with the new HVAC installers I used.
He did show up on time.  They were easy to schedule an appointment with.

Update 7/21/13
So, Tom Mutz did contact me, and we have been playing voice mail tag.  However I left a message for him about four weeks ago that yes he could send me a refund and I would update my Angie's List opinion.  However I have not received a refund, nor any more calls.  Just wanted you all to know that the situation did not get resolved."

"The replacement and inspection were very well done."

"Fayetteville, GA. I had a water leak in front of my house. Rooter Pro Plumbing GA came early before their appointed time. They explained what the process and the cost to repair vs replacing. After an agreed service, they began the work and had it completed under two hours. Great customer service! I would recommend the company."

"Work was done efficiently and courteously. Scott a fine technician. Only noted that the faucets were put in backward (after he left) - hooked up correctly but the "blue" nozzle on the hot water and the "red" nozzle on the cold water."
