"Excellent professional job. We had to rerout (move) the main drain on our second floor. Open walls rerouted the pvc pipe tie it into the main drain located in the basement. Work done efficiently, quickly and completely cleaned upon completion."

"It was near 12 midnight Friday night when I discovered a water puddle in the basement that seemed to be coming from a loose water-line connection in the kitchen refrigerator. Although it may sound minor, the water leak into the subfloor may cause significant damage, to say nothing of the freshly-painted basement walls and ceiling, and so I got on the phone calling the 24-hour plumbers in the area. PiPiper (Mr. Ale Mark) was the only plumber (out of the 6 or so I called) who was willing to come over this late in the night. I liked the guy and, later, contracted him to set up my new laundry room."

"Peter was incredibly responsive.  He responded to my initial email within a couple of hours. I received quotes from 2 other plumbers for the work and all were about the same price but Peter was by far the most responsive and professional.  He gave me a 1-hour window from 11-12 and showed up right at 11:30.  He took the time to answer any questions I had about the permit / inspection process and operation / maintenance of the new water heater.  He will definitely be my go-to for any plumbing needs in the future.

"I'd been meaning to find a quality plumber more local to me than the one I'd been using and kept putting it off. Disaster struck yesterday when our hot water heater decided to start leaking water everywhere so in a hurry I decided to focus on "local" and not worry on "quality". Luckily I got both, and fast to boot! I've seen friends of mine go through hot water replacement and it always winds up being a multi-day affair, in this case I had someone at my house less than an hour after I called and by the end of the day we were good to go. Angel pointed out a handful of things surrounding our old heater which also needed improvement, not surprising considering our house predates indoor plumbing and things have just been grafted in here and there over the decades. He even pointed out some electrical work that he recommended we look into having done, again not surprising but it was another sign that he cared about quality and is looking out for his customers. I couldn't have been happier with the whole process and am pleased that I've managed to find a quality, local plumber after all."
