Instead, the serviceman showed me that 2 of the 5 heat sources were blown out, and the furnace was too old to get replacement parts. I used Angie's List to locate several HVAC companies from which I received 3 bids. G&S was the best bid. The salesman, Ryan, was polite, punctual, and showed me all the options for the furnace brand that I wanted. The rebate from Costco for the brand that I wanted also made a major difference. Ryan even came back with the contract when I informed him that they had won the bid. G&S Heating was available to measure for and install a new furnace before the New Year. The crew installed the new furnace in no time at all. The house is so much warmer, and I am most grateful for their efficient service and professional demeanor. THANK YOU!!"

"I found out my water heater was leaking the night before. I noticed water coming from my laundry room had made a puddle of water into the adjacent office space. I decided to wait till next morning because I knew emergency calls can be very expensive. Next morning I started calling around for someone to come out and look at it but was finding it very difficult to find someone to come out same day. I called 3 or 4 different places and they were all not available or Did not call me back. The only company that responded to me within the hour was JM Plumbing. They were also the only company that were willing to come out same day and gave me an awesome price that beat all competitors by far. The owner agreed to come out to do the work at end of day after his last job, he arrived on time with an assistant. Was very professional, friendly, fast and did an excellent job. Total time installing was about about an hour to hour and a half. He went to buy a new water heater and new hose to replace my old one, gave me all receipts and warranty paperwork . I am very satisfied with the work he did, the heater is working beautifully and I am very pleased with the job done by JM Plumbing. I highly recommend them over anyone in olympia, they do an awesome job for an awesome price!"

"We had Washington Energy Service install a new furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater when we purchased our home in 2016. We were impressed with the presentation made by their representative prior to our purchase compared to other representatives with whom we spoke. Because we wanted to be insured, we purchased an extended warranty. We're really glad we did! We have had the system serviced annually, but this year an extensive leak developed that damaged the interior of our home and caused black mold. We initially notified our insurance company but then decided we should notify Washington Energy Service as well. The decontamination had begun, but the damage was evident. The Washington Energy Service representative was so very helpful and understanding. He immediately determined what needed to be done to correct the problem and within two days had a team to our home to complete the repair. Due to COVID they asked for photos via text message, gave quote for exact product, suggested that expansion tank is on wrong side (we never knew), came on time, got the products, fixed the expansion tank and were done in less than 2 hours.
