"I found out my water heater was leaking the night before. I noticed water coming from my laundry room had made a puddle of water into the adjacent office space. I decided to wait till next morning because I knew emergency calls can be very expensive. Next morning I started calling around for someone to come out and look at it but was finding it very difficult to find someone to come out same day. I called 3 or 4 different places and they were all not available or Did not call me back. The only company that responded to me within the hour was JM Plumbing. They were also the only company that were willing to come out same day and gave me an awesome price that beat all competitors by far. The owner agreed to come out to do the work at end of day after his last job, he arrived on time with an assistant. Was very professional, friendly, fast and did an excellent job. Total time installing was about about an hour to hour and a half. He went to buy a new water heater and new hose to replace my old one, gave me all receipts and warranty paperwork . I am very satisfied with the work he did, the heater is working beautifully and I am very pleased with the job done by JM Plumbing. "Very happy with this company and the service provided. I made the call at 5 pm on a Friday night. The owner of the company offered to come out after finishing the job he was on. He ended up coming at 9pm, which was later than planned after getting stuck in Friday night traffic. I was just glad that he could still come because my sink was out commission until the disposal could be replaced. I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them. In fact, I will be having them back to replace my water heater soon!"
