"Andrew Herring was great, he was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He took time to describe the troubleshooting and repair, explaining in layman terms so I could understand the what and whys of what needed repaired. He also makes a point of keeping the most common parts on hand, like the thermal coupler. He thoroughly inspected the unit and surroundings and stayed to ensure the unit was working to expectation. Andrew also gave quotes, with descriptions, and took the time to show me the reasoning for the preventative maintenance that he was advising, informative but not pushy or overbearing, and as a woman, who has been taken advantage of by other service providers, it was refreshing to find honesty, respect and the willingness for explanation. "Had a problem with my dryer and when the repair tech showed up he told me it was a vent issue and recommended Murphy's. They scheduled me up within a few days, confirmed, arrived on time, and finished up within and hour or so. They not only cleaned out my dryer vent, they repaired it in a way I would not have been able to and gave my wife and I some tips we were unaware of that will save the life of our dryer in the long-term. Their price was reasonable for the labor and the parts, they were totally professional and would recommend them to anyone needing dryer vent service. "Great! Called in the early afternoon and they were actually able to come before the end of the day. Very friendly and helpful. It’s a condo so you figure it would be an easy fix, but I guess the pipe was really backed up. The guys stayed until the job was done, didn’t try to hassle me or anything. If I have a similar issue or need other duct work done I would not hesitate to call them again. Great customer service. Highly recommended!!"
