"My experience was great from the phone call to the technician leaving. I called on Monday to receive service and due to high demand, the soonest I could get scheduled was Friday. The rep offered to put me on a short call list. Later that evening I received a call that the technician could honor my availability on the short call list. I was extremely pleased. Joe W., the technician was friendly. He called prior to the visit and made sure to keep his presence tidy (I've had techs track in dirt before). He immediately went to the problem - a blown fuse within yhe furnace. It would have been extremely easy for him to turn a blown fuse into a costly repair or even charge outrageous rates for doing so. Joe explained me to me the innerworkings of the furnace as well as simple maintenance for my HVac systems in the future. Although he explained the one year service agreement, there was zero high-pressure sales. The name of the company and the service matched up. Kuddos to leadership at this company! You have a lifetime customer and I will be sure to tell others. Thank you for your honesty and professionalism."

I interviewed 3 other companies in Columbus and by far, Gary with Franklin Heating was upfront, honest, and went above and beyond in customer service. The 2 man installation team was efficient, professional, and very pleasant to work with. When I called with a question the next day, they sent the installer back to physically review the system and answer all questions.I couldn't have been more pleased with the service and people from Franklin Heating/cooling and highly recommend them."

"Was quoted 12000.00 or so to repair all sewer pipes under crawl space.When I thought work was completed, the repairman came into home holding copper pipes.said they found 4 more leaks and charged me another 4000.00 or so.Also entrance to crawl space not completely covered when work was completed.This will allow animals ,my cat entrance to the crawl space.I had given a good review for this company,but on further review and time to rethink the process I would not hire again.I realize this was a tough job & they spent 4 days here but not happy with the additional $4000 charge,nor the entrance to crawl space not repaired properly ."
