"Plumber Scottin McCabe of George Brazil Home Services performed the repairs as listed above. He did a full inspection of the plumbing in my old house and made several recommendations. He took the time to carefully explain everything he was doing and why. When he finished replacing my hot water heater drainage port he showed me the old part, corroded and full of sediment.Most remarkably, he spotted the problem of excessively high water pressure...something no plumber in twenty years had brought to my attention. Before he installed the valve he showed me the reading on the gauge he used to measure the pressure.He even took time to caulk a bathtub to prevent water damage. Everything he did was done with the highest level of professionalism. Mr. McCabe worked neatly and quickly, obviously knowledgeable about plumbing. "We needed to relocate a gas mainline and meter to allow for us to build a pool in our yard. This project required work to be completed by both SW Gas (Responsible for the mainline running through our back yard and the meter) and a plumber who could re-plumb our interior gas line to hook up to the new meter location. This was no simple task. Coordinating between SW Gas, their third-party contractor, our plumber, and the City of Tempe for permits and inspections seemed like a recipe for a construction nightmare. Let me say thank goodness for Phend Plumbing! I'm so glad I was working with Phend through this process. First, Mike was a fantastic plumber to work with. He was always punctual, very professional, and passionate about his work. Because of the complexity of the job, I ended up contacting the office a few dozen times. Both Myka and Laurel (Sorry if I'm spelling your names wrong) were fantastic to work with! They were super friendly and always quick to act whenever an issue came up. To say there were no issues with the job would be a lie. There were TONS of problems, and they were always caused by the City of Tempe, SW Gas, or their contractor. Thankfully, we had Phend to solve the issues. Oh, and anyone wondering about price. Here is the best part! Because of the size of the project, we obtained three bids. Phend was the most professional bid and provided us with the best rate. I don't typically write reviews, but Phend went so far beyond my expectations it would be negligent for me not to. Phend will be my go-to plumber, and I strongly encourage anyone seeking a plumber to reach out to them for a bid. You won't be disappointed!"

"We contacted Day & Night based upon the Angie's List reviews and were not disappointed. The receptionists as well as the scheduler, Maria, were all exceptionally courteous, prompt in answering the phones and very knowledgeable. And when they said they would need to call back, they did so - and promptly. They offered to dispatch a plumber on the same day I called; however, at my request the plumber, Cameron, came the following day. I had requested that he come at or after 2 p.m. (either was fine,) but he called to ask if he could come earlier. When I told him that wouldn't be possible, he was very gracious and showed up promptly at 2 p.m. Let me add that he was very careful about covering his shoes whenever he was in the house, removing the covers when he left, and putting them back on when he re-entered, thereby keeping our floors clean. Cameron was at all times courteous, respectful and professional in his demeanor. Since we'd had this problem before, we were skeptical about accepting services, such as a camera being used to inspect the pipes/drain to see if there were other issues, but we ended up okaying doing so. Cameron asked several questions and was able to figure out why we are having this problem recur. (Not a specific problem, it seems, with our drain, but with a LOT of cat fur going through our washer, which connects to our kitchen drain. Lesson learned, now that we know!) The one issue that occurred was that Day & Night's jetting device was being fixed and didn't arrive back to Day & Night until later, and so could not be used the same day, so we scheduled a next day appointment. In the meantime, a friend recommended a licensed plumber friend of hers, and we decided to go with him, as he too could show up the next day, and he charged several hundred dollars less for the same job. He also seemed to be very knowledgeable about jetting (as was Day & Night, to be clear,) so this wasn't just a matter of our choosing the least expensive provider. To their tremendous credit, Day & Night did NOT charge us their $59 fee to go out and evaluate the problem, since we ultimately went with another provider. (If they do the work, the $59 fee is absorbed into the total cost of work done.) They said that since they did not have the equipment available (and we would have had the service done the same day if they had,) the service call was, to all intents and purposes, on them. Now, *THAT'S* being a responsible provider who does the right thing, and we appreciated them doing that - although we were prepared to pay, since we also understood that they had expended money to get to our home, and Cameron had spent, I believe, slightly over an hour with us. So, we will definitely consider them if we need future work."

"From the time I called AJ till he got to my home was less than a half hour. AJ went to work very quickly. Took items from underneath the sink and promptly disconnected the P-trap and cleaned it out, as well as snaking more obstructions which were in a pipe, going into the wall. AJ cleaned up nicely and was very pleasant also. I couldn't be happier and they are very reasonable !"
